I totally agree with above comments! 100% better than any other video on Fujitsu I watched. Thank you for taking the time to make this excellent video.
Thank you very much!! I was having HEAT issues after the summer time here in Arizona, cool works great. I had the suitcase economy set and I didnt know. On the remote there is a rest recessed button, I hit that and HEAT started working. Grren blinky light was before. Unit 2 years ol but Ill have someone come to look at it if i get blinky again
When we had the service guy come out to reset our unit that was flashing. He told us the one way to reset your unit is to open the outside metal box that has the breaker in it. You pull it out and leave it out for a good 10-15 minutes. Do not put the breaker back in too soon or it will not reset. Then once you put it back in wait another 10 minutes to turn the unit back on. This will resolve the flashing lights and the unit will be back to normal.
I am in the boonies and he contractor who put mine in is 3.5hours away. You just saved me a couple days wait..so easy thanks for the time references on how long to wait.
Love my heat pump. Your explanations were very helpful. Only problem I have is I cannot get the clock to display the correct time. Probably not a big deal but drives me nuts.
Excellent video... well explained ... I had some installed 2 years ago but mines goes crazy vents close and open fully one its own .... green light blinks off and on
My FUJITSU split air is flashing green lights economy and operationAnd every once in a while I see also a red light in the center. No air is coming out of the air condition I have it all cool and high 66F degrees What am I doing wrong
Fantastic video. Much better than the installers did. They told us forget about all the buttons behind the slide!!! We still have an issue that it does not maintain room temp sometimes.. was told by another tech that a lot of windows in the room can effect that because of an optical heat sensor. Any thoughts?
hey mate I have a technical question. our fujitsu aircon is not working with it's remote. I purchased a new remote and it is still not working. I press the force cooling operation button inside the unit that says "press for more than 10 seconds" and the cooling works. what do you think is the problem of the unit if it's not the remote. Thank you
Do you know how to fix the unit when the lights come on flashing. Apparently it has something to do with the timer on it, which I can't understand how that would have happened since it's the one in our basement and we don't spend any time in the basement and just only adjust the temperature up or down. This also happened to a friend of ours and service came and fixed it and had said it was something to do with the timer. It would be great if you could assist me on how to fix this problem with step by step instructions. The manual was not helpful to understand how to resolve the issue. Both my husband and I had tried with the manual and we couldn't figure it out. Thank you kindly.
Our orange timer light will flash after a power outage. Looking up in the manual it seems the main unit wants its internal "clock" re-synchronized with the remote. I just go to the clock setting on the remote and click "send" and the orange light stops flashing.
I have a 4 zone Fujitsu Mini Split. When I have it set on heat mode sometimes it blows cold air. I set all the units to heat. Do I need to switch it to auto?
I have three of these units, one 18,000 btu unit and two 9,000 btu unit's and the two 9,000's will not function properly. I have issues with not being able to use the fans at my own desired air speed such as high. I had a technician come in to take a look at them and he is telling me that this is normal and of course i argued it because it isn't normal otherwise whats the point of having different fan speeds if it doesn't work the way you want it to or need it to. I insisted that there are some kind of adjustment switches that can be made inside the air handler on the control board, from what i have read on line but he insisted there is no adjustments other than the remote control. I find this very frustrating.
Save your money. Fujitsu are noisy. Had I heard them before installing I would have kept my window ac units. I installed pioneer units myself. They run MUCH better and are very quiet.
