Simply stated, labelling and mis-labelling a person means that one has stopped thinking in a critical fashion.

Hi there from NZ. I am not an INFJ but am so fascinated the special gift you, the Sigma male/female process. I enjoy listening to your videos' informative and interesting facts and past experience youve lived and how you managed to get through life is truly amazing. If there was only INFjs and Sigma's in the world, it would be paradise.

Agree with everything in this video👏👏. Even our highest elected officials are dividing us into 2 groups. I feel pretty rounded in this area. I do have my judgments of course, we all do. But I believe we are more than just our political beliefs and our true character is shown by how we treat eachother. The hatred I see every day online is depressing.

It’s extremely depressing, and yes there is active work to separate, divide, and control.

I don’t judge and never label. It takes time to get to know someone and even then people change. I don’t like to be judged, therefore I don’t judge. Our screw- ups and mistakes don’t define us. We all make them and nobody has the right to put a label on us. Ummm but that’s just me.❤️🇨🇦🤗🐙

I don't use Twitter. I like having more in my life than social media so I limit my time. I'm not on Facebook either. I love the phrase " let's just agree to disagree" it gives them a chance to stop the attack cycle. I only communicate with my sister by text so we can go back to see what was said. It tamed the shrew. We now have civilized communication.

I’m a firm believer in agree to disagree. True to my Libra sign, I’ll listen to both sides. Unless there’s verifiable facts about something, I don’t pass judgment. If there is something I keep it to myself. I dislike conflict(Libra the peacemaker). My favorite saying is don’t assume, don’t judge, don’t attack. Especially if you haven’t walked in someone else’s shoes. Stay awesome David!!❤️

I'm also a Libra, and I used to avoid conflict too. But now, I'll happily say something if I feel it's justified 🤣

I’ve just recently experienced this. I commented on how much I liked watching videos from one of my favorite science RU-vidrs and expressed some genuine moral questions in passing-didn’t go too in depth then-while stating that I didn’t care what topic they covered, that I would watch that person’s videos. But next thing I knew, people were replying to me calling me a socialist and such because of those questions I asked. My comment was completely misunderstood. I had to explain myself in the comments and that was a mess in a hand basket. Every word I said seemed to offend them. And some thought that they should educate me on government issues and reasons. I looked them up of course and came to a better understanding of their point of view. But that didn’t change the reaction they had. They even had a talk about biases despite being way more biased than I was. I had no idea why they were responding so harshly. Especially since I had only stated very briefly the questions that they were trying to address. I explained my thoughts as best I could as to why I asked those passing questions in my original comment as best I could. I was then told that they hoped that people read the comments to hopefully get an understanding that I basically wasn’t an asshole due to legitimately asking genuine questions that were in passing. I got one person literally accuse me of supporting socialism and fascism. I had to explain that wasn’t the case and that my intentions were genuine. This person acknowledged that and apologized though, so I’m thankful for that. But the original comment was just stating how much I liked the videos despite not fully understanding certain things in the most genuine way I could. I may not have written it the best, but it was how I thought about it. It really confused me why I was being attacked for being genuine. But after watching your video here, sadly, it makes sense now. I feel bad for them… I just wish that sometimes we would all try to understand each other instead of jumping to conclusions. And I don’t care if someone misunderstands this comment. I know what I think. I can defend myself if need be. But I will always try my best to understand others side just as much. But that was my most recent experience summed up. I like the video and all of your videos in this series so far. (^ ^) Edit: Also this is Ashla. I’m just making personal changes right now and that’s why my username is different right now.

Hey Ashla! On the whole, the internet is currently a pit of negativity and hostility, and it’s not going to change any time soon. We have devalued face-to-face exchanges of ideas supported by logical arguments and replaced them with outrage, offense, and the assumption that if someone does not align - exactly - with your view of something, that they are to be dismissed. It is a dangerous time we are in because people hold this view, and seek power, and when we limit the free exchange of ideas - particularly those we disagree with - and refuse or have an ability to see those ideas clearly and objectively, we walk down a path of silencing or dismissing those we disagree with. Dangerous indeed.

@@DavidBadurina indeed. It’s really sad. I do the best I can to understand and hopefully that’ll inspire others to do the same. But one just never knows. It’s just soo…well, hostile that sometimes I don’t say what I want to say because I’m scared to an extent that people will misunderstand me. But I’ve learned that it’s better to correct them in a respectful way than to not do so at all-better to show kindness in one’s words than hate if possible. I try to be that way. Sometimes it’s difficult. But I do my best.

Sorry you had to go through that. There’s some rough people out there. Only their opinions are the right ones. You’re a freethinker & that ruffled their feathers. Good for you! Don’t ever change!❤️

I love to explore both sides of arguments and try to discover motivations for beliefs and opinions held by others so I can appreciate them as individuals. In the UK the far right and the far left are so aggressive at the moment, but it is still fun to peek behind their respective curtains on Twitter and see what makes them tick.
@DavidBadurina
@DavidBadurina Год назад
Everything is aggressive everywhere. In the US right now it's pure insanity and exhausting on all levels. Many of us here are getting very, very tired of the constant barrage of tactics used to keep opinions quiet. I'm kicking around the idea of starting up a podcast as I'm quite ready to say F*ck It and have my voice heard among the ridiculousness that has infected too many people.

Also, I treat Twitter like a zoo. Walk past the giant windows, stare at the animals being animals, watch them fling poo at each other, then laugh and go get lunch. 😂

I feel like I'm better handling this distortion ( however One may not be able to see their shortcoming here) I try to understand their view point and accept that I just don't see it their way. Granted When that view point comes down to an arbitrary view with no underlying logic I have a much harder time. I guess though this may be one you someone can't easily see from within. Also handling it better doesn't mean well, I just feel like it's easier to try and see a view point before judging it.
