In fact, reviewing footage of their path as they approached their intended destination the only interruption was when the hooded young man, (Colin, is it), called to them from the roadway. They still continued into the other establishment and had their meal. There they are shown to have been seated away from a young lady who appears to be Miss. Nagel. But, nobody had approached her during their time inside. The locals or tourists are seen to have requested photos and handshakes with Aidan K. though. It is after having finished their dining when another young man had approached the lady who accompanied Aidan, and also shook Aidan’s hand. Only to be ambushed by this young person outside and the entire clan sat in front of the neighboring pizzeria. So… who was the harassed party? So, no. You cannot say there was any violation by Aidan. But, you can clearly see a group of hooligans set up to badger and detour him and his date as they left. It would have been fine, if only everyone kept their hands to themselves but the older man couldn’t keep his composure. That guy definitely assaulted Aidan. For a family that should have every reason to present as upstanding and reasonable in the current situation within their family and hometown, they sure don’t seem to give a heck. Least of all the mouthy, young man who had grabbed the lady’s arm as they were exiting. They don’t seem too terribly upset or concerned about making a scene and being vulgar and bullying visitors local or not. They especially don’t appear, “intimidated” by anyone. That poor mother, she looks so frail and stressed. Those children who are all adults now and those grown men at that pizza shop didn’t care one bit about her health either. Having her fly in and aggressively attack Aidan like that, what a shameful bunch. She looks so very ill, I honestly feel for her. Grace is needed. If you are indeed good people, you have grace. Instead we see bullying and immaturity. It’s sad and frightening. But, you think an annoying journalist is the bad guy? So what! He’s got questions… questions don’t hurt…. Unless it’s the answers you fear. Grace was the solution. Those kids out there and that slappy guy, they should be ashamed, souring the town’s image, souring their family’s image, causing their mother or auntie or whoever she was to them to go bonkers. That was on them.

John and Karen never hung out at their house until that night. That night, John was murdered. No way in hell I believe that Karen decided to hurt him all of the sudden that night. Especially with others being police. She don’t suddenly decide to become physically abusive let alone run him down that night compared to all the other times they had been together. The only uncommon denominator that night was that house and those people drunk that were in it. Missing video at John’s house, suddenly a broken taillight in countless pieces that was largely intact, missing video at Canton police, random glass on a bumper, dog that suddenly disappears, remodeled basement, house never searched. I mean come on now. His arm wasn’t cut up by the taillight. That is undeniable. I’ve seen dog bites several hundred times as an ER nurse. Those are from a large dog. Period.
I think you’re right and I think the dog was let out to go to the bathroom in the front yard meanwhile, discovered the body and the family inside just didn’t want the controversy. Yet they got it 😅
Saw the videos of the assaults and the harassment of this ‘confrontation’ Aiden Kearney, his girlfriend, and a bystander took. Horrible behavior, including homophobic remarks, calling people ‘ret@rded’, making fun of people’s looks, threatening physical harm, talking smack about Aiden’s child, etc etc etc all from the Albert and McCabe crew. I’m not a fan of Aiden Kearney, but the whole of the footage makes it appear that he may not be the actual instigator in the ‘witness intimidation’ harassment. Certainly doesn’t appear to be the instigator in tonight’s conflict. From some of what the Albert family members said tonight, it sounds like they may have lied under oath to get those charges brought. The people involved in the incident and filmed appear completely unhinged. And it was all in front of one of the town’s selectmen? WTF?
If that is true then that video is not gonna look great when TB goes to trial. I wouldn’t convict someone of harassment if they clearly are harassing each other.

@@stevenprice6957 regardless of the trial, I see no issue with calling a person who approaches out of nowhere unprovoked, forcibly taking something away from someone else while spewing profanities and repeatedly getting up in their face and raising their arms in a threatening manner, violent. It was completely one-sided and she kept escalating it. Imagine if it had been a large angry man getting out of the vehicle to confront a woman like that. Just because there was no weapon doesn't mean there wasn't violence happening.

She’s not from Canton, Canton and these families, particularly the Albert lot, they were infamous long before any acquaintances were established between John or Karen. That’s on them. The behavior we saw this evening was also on the Albert-Daniel and Nagel bunch. Indeed, several key characters out of this investigation are related and connected to several other scandals throughout the greater area. But, Ms. Read… she has no history of crime or violence, nor does her family. Funny that, eh? Innocent until proven guilty. Just want to point out it’s this same group of Canton folks perpetuating the KR is guilty narrative. That SHE is the manipulative, controlling and violent one who killed her boyfriend in a rage. This video tonight is unbelievable in the way it shows the whole crew exhibiting those same faults they accuse her of- this hugely disproportionate emotional reaction. Wow. This is crazy. Not good choices if they’re trying to maintain or gain back their reputation in public.
The Board of Selectmen in Canton just renewed the contract with the Police Chief! They basically rewarded the obvious incompetence. Oh and don’t forget that Chris Albert is one of the Selectmen…
What kind of report is this? It doesn't even give the details of what happened. All that was said was police were "breaking up a heated confrontation" and "the chaos unfolding on the sidewalk." That's some in-depth reporting there. We all saw the video on Xitter too, guys. Name names!
All of social media got the videotaped story, shortly after it happened, but NBC10Boston couldn’t get any of it. Great, informative reporting, as usual.
Chloe the dog goes on a sudden permanent vacation, the family house becomes suddenly too big and so we have to sell it (for aproximatelly $60K+ less than its real value) bc we're in a hurry to get rid of it, not before redoing the basement floor that had been redone only four yrs earlier. We go deaf from day to another so we don't hear what's happening in front of our house in spite of the silence of the night thus not feeling the urge to at least peek a little. Either that or we overdosed on Zolpidem. Karen Read might be thinking about either getting a restraining order against the Alberts, the McCabes and the BPD or moving out of state (or both) after she's declared NOT GUILTY just in case. In short. NO EFFING CASE HERE. Free Karen Read and put the real criminals behind bars. Karen, sue their ass.

Ever notice Karen never once seemed sad about anything presented about John. I think she truly did hate him. She told Court TV last week - "they dated" - like it was a no big deal relationship. She tries to hook up with a guy in the inner circle, kisses him at John's home, but is obsessively jealous of John being in contact with another woman.

It's been a long, boring and frustrating trial and no side outshone the other. The judge has helped this to drag on with her many breaks and days of. At times I though I was watching the neverending story. There has been no real evidence from either side about guilt or innocence and it will be interesting to see which way the jury swings, I don't think they have enough evidence to decide, which is ridiculous after such a long drawn out brain numbing, time wasting trial.
All eyes on Canton PD for this. Will you let this video disappear!? Will you follow through with these charges? These people are animals. They think they yield power and don’t have consequences.
