I do the EAA followed by high quality grass fed whey isolate like proHD 15-20 minutes later. EAA’s are rapidly absorbed into system where your body takes longer to break down whey. This would be the fastest way to restore glycogen + send amino acids + creatine alongside to kickstart recovery. Now if you where to get a hydrolyzed whey that would be the fastest source of whey as the amino acids are partially broken down and ready to be rapidly absorbed. Think of it as pre digested whey.

Hey! Carlson makes a great balanced fish oil. I have been using a mega dosed EPA omega oil last 8-10 months for systemic inflammation. Either way u can’t go wrong. Both EPA and DHA have some many benefits
