it ran a best of 112 with a hill cleaver at the romp. and it did it multiple times. the best part was that you could run wide open all day and not burn nearly as much fuel as a 2.5. two different animals really. Jack tried a through hub prop and went 116 but the boat didn't handle well at with that prop. the boat is now in California with a new owner. same exact setup. the boat runs very good, consistently.
