THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ! Can't believe how long I spent to finally find the answer !!! How to color code a calendar view without it bugging like crazy. You are a genius ! Thank you thank you sooo much once again !!! It's also super simple to do and you explain it perfectly. OMG! I have been looking for some kinda of Tweak but for Leave Request because once you set to Calendar view you can only choose either Title Column and I want to add the Name of the requestee and the reason. Your magic works! Thanks again for sharing your skills!

Awesome - thank you Szymon! :) Just a questions - once you have changed the coding to "endsWith" - how do you get out of that coding format and back to the first view, where can add and format rules ? Every time I do it, it deletes all the formatting, I just did. Also - is it possible to add to the calendar view a web part or something, so you can let people know, what the different colors mean? :) And last... Can you get rid of that annoying "View Events". I have a view of the calendar on the front page of my site - but the Events take up half of the place.. :s

Yeah, This feature not bug :) You need to use Save button and navigate back using buttons in the interface. I had same problem, unfortuntaly I did not show that in the video.

As a last logic rule add something like this: Operator != not equal "" nothing. And apply styles { "operator": "!=", "operands": [ "[$Cat]", "" ] },

Hi mate, I have been set a task but not sure how to do it in SharePoint, I need a room booking system, I have created one for bespoke rooms very easily using separate calendars for each room but the task I have been set is a horizontal list of specific rooms and a vertical list of times, in fact, is there a way to replace 'time' to 'period' as I work in a school? Thanks.

I would recommend to try: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/room-and-equipment-mailboxes?view=o365-worldwide - Rooms in Exchange Online. The process, Calendar integration and Scheduling Assistant is in place. Achiving similar functionality in Lists will require a lot of development.

Is there a way to have two columns dates show up? Like if I had a birthday column and a anniversary date columns. I can’t get it to show two columns

Only trick wiythout coding to achive this is to mix theses dates in calculated column and display it as a titile.

I belive it is not suported at the moment :( Workaround will be to use custom code or Power Platform to extend capabilities.

Hi Szymon, I’m trying to follow your steps, however I’m stuck in 5:02 section. Somehow I don’t see Title in formula - insert column and when I manually enter it in the formula section it leads to an error page. Can you please share exact formula with me? I’m my case it stays [Title][Category]. I cannot see your exact formula unfortunately. Thank you in advance.

It is: [Titile]&" | "&[Category] It could be tha case that your title columne have different name, so diffent tag needs to be used.
