A 'Just Tones' version of my Creative Focus isochronic tones series, with beta, alpha and theta wave frequencies. Designed to stimulate creativity while keeping you focused.
I have produced the tones on this track at a very high volume. This will enable you to combine them with other music tracks and for them to be loud enough to hear on mobile devices. Just adjust the volume down to a more comfortable level to suit your preference and requirements. Ideally, they should be loud enough to hear but not so loud they feel distracting.
If you combine playing this track while listening to another music track of your choice, adjust the volume level to try and find a sweet spot. Where you can still hear the tones over the other music track but they are not too distracting.
Part of my creative focus isochronic tones series. You can find the full playlist here: • Be More Creative and F...

How the session is structured
The isochronic tones begin beating at 14Hz in Beta (SMR) for 2 minutes. They then ramp down to 10.2Hz in Alpha and continue for 2 minutes. From there they ramp down to 5Hz in Theta, for another 2 minutes. The cycle is then repeated until the end of the track.
The concept behind this one is not to keep your brain rooted in one train of thought for too long, by switching to different frequencies/brain states, and then returning back again. The aim is to create a state of creative focus, by increasing beta activity for increased focus, while also boosting alpha and theta activity at the same time, producing a mental environment where different thought processes can interconnect on different levels.
How to use this?
You can use this session in a number of ways:
1. Close your eyes, relax, and wait for new ideas to come to you. Once the ideas start to flow pause the session, write them down, and resume the session afterwards.
2. Stare at the screen and let your mind wander in and out of the pictures, and see where your mind drifts to, and what ideas and inspiration come.
3. Play it in the background while studying, brainstorming or doing something creative, artistic etc., where you are hoping to discover new ideas and thought patterns.
Volume
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.
Headphones?
Headphones are not required for this particular session, as long as you can clearly hear the Isochronic Tones behind the music track. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend them. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.

Yes, very much. I used to do mostly the music ones, but the tones are for every situation.

just tones is the best. nobody's music choice compares to that of your own.

Parts of this legitimately sound like when my front-load washing machine upstairs starts winding up its spin cycle.

Trying this using an open backed tele' headset in the office. I can still hear my colleagues and the office "banter" but it seems to help me put that in the background and focus on the task in hand. Thanks again for your output. I have used it for years now and I can nearly always find something that fits my environment and mood when I need to focus.

Hi Mr. Lewis! Im back to uni so ofcourse I am listening to your music again. I am enthralled with this one. The combination of tones is very complimentative to my work flows, where I notice it enhances my efficacy, efficiency to study across an interval of time and even prolongs the interval. Really nailed it for me! thank you sincerely Jason

😲!😲! Mr Lewis, you made the one I requested?!! Maybe you were going to make it anyway, but. You don't know what that is for me, right in this moment. Suffice to say ... your timing is divinely inspired. Thank you, wishing you and yours well, Mr Lewis.

If it is possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could produce more isochronic tones that resemble a hip-hop sound. However, I would like to express my gratitude for the hip-hop ones you have already created.

Volume is too low to be heard
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Год назад
I’m guessing you’re probably listening via a mobile phone speaker? I’ve actually produced this close to the maximum volume. However, as the tones are fairly deep sounding, it can be hard to hear on devices that produce a weak bass sound. Mobiles have small speakers that struggle with low bass sounds. You could probably hear it if you put the mobile very close to your ear. However, that’s not practical, so I recommend you try using earbuds and you should find the volume sounds much louder that way. I hope that helps.
