When a man walking his dog comes upon a neighbour’s garage engulfed in flames, little does he know the treachery behind it. When the smoke clears, a woman is found dead with drug paraphernalia nearby.
But nothing is what it seems, and police are left combing through a web of lies to find the killer. As they home in on the suspect they discover he’s planning to leave the country and try to intercept him, at the same time, putting an elaborate Mr. Big operation in motion.

Carmela’s son is an impressive young man. So well spoken, mature and insightful he is at such a young age. He and his brother have suffered so much. 💔💔💔

I really don't understand Canadian law. I just watched another story on Crime Beat a woman was murdered, two other people were beaten nearly to death and an underage girl was groomed and that loser only got 13 years then he can apply for parole. So weird

I don’t know if Dylan knows it or not but god he looks like his mom wow wow. So happy he is finding solace in nature. I do too after the death of my husband. We all have to find some peace and relaxation in something and exercise and nature does it for me. Take care young man. Sure hope your brother is ok also

@@sandrapisani9225 That's what I was wondering. Because his face is always covered over, I guess he refused to take part and probably still wants to believe his father is innocent. I can't even begin to imagine what children involved in these sorts of horrors go through or even make it out the other side.

I can't believe it was 2014, seems like yesterday. I remember when this happened. I only lived 20 or 30 mins from this terrible incident. David is such a disgusting, selfish man. Why do people actually believe that they'll get away with this crap? Come on. This awful human being ruined his boys lives. Forever. Stole their loving mother from them. Greed is a terrible thing. People are whacked over money and need to give their heads a shake. Rest in Peace Beautiful Carm! ❤ 🙏. You no longer need to live in fear, sister.

It just amazes me how callous people can be. First of all, the act of committing murder is mind-boggling, but to never consider the other half, you're taking away one parent, knowing that 9 times out of 10, you're going to get caught and then those kids are going to lose the other parent too. But I guess that's the narcissist in them. They truly believe that they'll never be caught. Dylan seems to be an amazing young man. I know that Carmela is so proud of the young man that he has become in spite of his father❤.

The paternal grandparents sound like appalling people too. The callousness with which the grandfather tells the two boys that their mother is dead. The grandmother helping her son to take out the payoff money. The concept that the murderer's brother was let go with "time served" seems insane.

Do you know what case this reminds me of? The Susan Powell case. She starts on the road to divorce, full custody and documents the house in a video, just like Carmela did. All that's missing was the perverted father in law. I think if the boys were at the crime scene, (even if their dad kept them isolated), we would have had another case similar to Susan Powell case?!

Totally agree I am a nature worshipper and I so worry when balloons and junk is put in the air. Hmmm I always think of that song by blood sweat and tears. Spinning wheel. And the first line is what goes up must come down. And it’s so true. I wish people found better ways to remember loved ones. But not everyone thinks about it. My hubby died in 2013 and I toast him with a grand mariner drink because we always had one on our anniversary. And have a little cry and talk to him.
