▫️2 medium eggs
▫️235 ml of milk
▫️150 gr of white sugar
▫️160 gr of butter at room temperature
▫️Vanilla extract or orange zest
▫️10 gr of dry yeast
▫️520 gr of 0000 flour (all-purpose flour)
▫️1 pinch of salt
