I have, I first heard about it on the Pen Addict podcast when they had the creator, Ryder Carroll, on as a guest (ep 70). I've tried it a couple of times, but it never really stuck. Maybe I should give it another go :-). Are you using it?

@@KeliFancher I have used it and did find it valuable when I did. It has a high friction level to start, but once you get past it it can have its benefits.
