They really need to put out a key for these on screen icons that are the perks activating. Spent few hours combing the interwebs trying to figure out how to activate deadeye. I finally got my answer on Reddit. Tho my pistol build seems to be hit or miss (no I’m not missing damnit 😂).
Yep! I have no idea if it’s a bug or not, but as long as you have that 85% stamina threshold, you can do a really fun mixup of the Deadeye perk with Focus!
Nice! I feel like a good amount of people when skimming through the skill tree prior to 2.0’s launch saw Deadeye as a perk and were drawn to it instantly lol. Projekt Red did a wonderful job at making the skills really fun to play with!
It’s from the Gig: Concrete Trap! One of the last Watson gigs you get from Regina Jones. It’s in the bathroom after you enter the room where Tiny Mike is holed up in!
It is practically a baseline DPS boost for pistols and rifles so long as your stamina is above 85%! It adds that little yellow marker for hip firing and it practically turns hip firing into a guarantee snipe.
Deadeye is automatically activated above a 85% stamina threshold! You’ll notice it while wielding the qualified dead eye weapons as your crosshair will become tighter until you go below 85% stamina.
whats your point here ? your guns scale and at level 50 you get tier5++ cyberwear to boost your dmg and skill cd... so hes just gonna have more dmg and gonna one tap any enemy besides smasher thats gonna be a 3 hit kill
