two ways. one is with the turning tool. or use an Allen on the alternator and spin the engine backwards. not sure how your thinking the fan or radiator has to be touched

They do both. also need to check the VEB solenoids

There's not an adjustment for 3.2mm. Its a 1mm on the rocker to valve bridge then leave it there and put a 2.5mm between the roller to Exhaust brake rocker.

@@victorcarlos737 i use a 2.5mm shim from an older shim engine, volvo wants over $500 to the tool. been using it for years,

No, i am more capable of doing the job than most people. I was just messing around with my gopro and youtube. A few people have asked me to do a video like this.

I know you are capable. I can see you doing it. But with no explanation. No feeler gauge sizes told. No 240 degree pump/ injector adjustment explanation. The video ends up to be useless. I am not trying to bother you about it. I was just hoping to see a nice tutorial of some sort but it was just it getting done with no shared knowledge.

I dont give out info like that becuse some one could come back on me if they watchtower it and something gose wrong. Even skilled techs can do overheads wrong on volvos.
