Over here they are sending us all back to work/school but can not visit our own family yet lol , But we can go metal detecting again in England with one friend but not overnight stays :) good to see you guys keep staying safe best wishes
Brunswick kippered herring, love them. Buy a box of them every payday (once a month). Only problem with them, is I cannot sit down in peace to eat them, my cats mob me every time I open a can. For a good weekend, pack the trailer with everything you would need, some smoked all beef Brätwurst, a good German stone ground mustard, buns, potatoes, a brick of cheddar cheese, eggs and Krusteaz pancake mix for breakfast. Haul some alder wood with me for the camp fire, a couple of stout willow branches for roasting the brats on. Setting up the campsite on the lee side of the big juniper tree, setting the fire to burn down to the perfect coals to roast the bräts over, then settling in with a good book, some good tunes, a plate sauerkraut, bräts on a bun and a cold beverage. Makes for a great week away from people, social distancing and all. It is just my two cats and I, lost in the sage brush and junipers of the high desert of the northern part of Great Basin. Just love setting up camp on my property, then spending the week on the shores of Fort Rock Lake, in south central Oregon. Just had to share my favorite get away and snacks.
