The FREE 5-Day Fitness Challenge for a Healthier New You will take place daily here on RU-vid from January 16 to 20th. Once the challenge is over, you can watch the replays here!

You can join in for a FUN 15-minute workout and motivational fitness tip daily! I will be emailing out the workouts each day. All you need is a chair and some weights (or cans)! Each day, we have a different fitness focus including:
Monday-Full Body Workout and Kick Off!
Tuesday-Leg Strength (HIIT Style)
Wednesday-Upper Body Workout with Weights
Thursday-Back and Core Muscles
Friday-Balance and Fall Prevention

Hi Meg! My name is Becky and I live in Denver, Colorado. I wasn't able to do any of the videos last week, but am thankful I can begin today. I'm 53 years old, I quit smoking almost 13 years ago, and have been caring for grandchildren the last ten. Needless to say, I have put on some weight. I also have asthma so more intense workouts are not my thing. I don't have any balance or chronic pain. This video was perfect for me. I am a morning person so appreciate RU-vid videos where I can exercise anytime in the privacy of my own home and regardless of the weather. We've got snow and ice now too. Thank you! I also just started following your Facebook page.

YES Meg I commit. I need this for self care. I am a caregiver for my husband. He is a stroke survivor with dementia and other health conditions. I also help him with his home therapy. I am watching from Massillon Ohio on day two of the 5 day challenge.

YES Meg Aloha from The Big Island of Hawaii - First time doing this w/o and I loved it, I plan to continue - thank you so much. I eat lots of home grown papaya and tomatoes and sometimes pineapple and long beans (green beans). I usually exercise in the noon hour, after morning walk the doggie and chores.

Thank you make I felt really great I especially did well with the seated exercises I don’t think I’m quite ready for the standing exercises yet but I loved all the stretches and could do advance stretches I still do not have a chair that does not swivel from side to side that would be appropriate for this but I really appreciate it my muscles feel nice and stretched and relaxed. I prefer to do the exercises in the morning however yesterday I did a sit in the evening

I'm starting a day late from Georgia! Enjoyed the workout. I like to exercise early in the morning and late in the afternoon. First thing in the morning I'm be sure to get it done, but late in the afternoon I'm more flexible. Hi, Fit Finley.

I have osteoporosis so I really appreciate it when you show modifications to the exercises for people who have this. It helps me learn what is safe and what is not. See you tomorrow. From Ottawa, I'm doing this program at 5pm. I did a 30 min. walk in late morning. My exercise times are late morning, late afternoon or around 9pm. I feel more energetic after every exercise session.

I was able to finally get to the video at 12:30 my time. This morning we had to pick up groceries and we cleaned out our clothing closet to donate to charity. This exercise was the perfect end to a busy morning. Thank you so much Meg! ❤ oh, and upper body tomorrow! My favorite!

I live in Manotick Ontario. I commit to five days workout and beyond. I work with the video as I have to weave this through doing post knee surgery exercise in the morning, a daily walk (for my knee) and a twice weekly morning walking group. Thank you for providing motivation for me. I’m surprised by the number of people tuning in from the USA! 😊

Update: Second time around with 5 day challenge. This was definitely easier since I did it first two weeks ago! First Time: I like exercising in the morning. Four months after live stream, but my first day, from Birmingham AL USA. Thanks! I've saved the other videos for the rest of the five day challenge and I'm committed to doing them and hopefully more than once!
