Its 1 Jan 2024, and i did this today !!!! And oh god ,I feel so energetic and fresh ! Thanks alot KINO❤ I used to do meditations oftenly since 2020 but never made it a DAILY PRACTICE ❤ I believe this is going to be the start of meditation , becoming a lifrlomg habit of mine. I never thought about the in and out of the breath as being harmonious and cohesive... always available for me to tune into to feel harmonious and peaceful. What a gift our breath is. Always working even when we aren't thinking about it. Thanks for this series!
Just finished this and Day 1 of 30 days Ashtanga. I love that each video is short enough I feel do them back to back. I feel stretched and calm. I am so grateful to have found this, and to you for creating them!
Thank you for this precious video. I dropped out in the middle of January, but I restart this month. Hope to complete my meditation morning routine with your video.
I have never tried meditation before until now and towards the end of this i was feeling my breath going in and out lightly and felt like i noticed i am alive and a breathing thing for the first time, then towards the end i felt a wave of emotion and had tears in my eyes and felt another rush, this time like excitement, did i just have a spiritual awakening? Where do i go from here? I want to feel more of this!

Hello Kino .. i feel immense happy learning with your yoga tutorials . Iam 34. Just to ask you, is it fine to take a resting position on the back while sitting for meditation. Is it advisable to do so? Because i get lot of pressure on back if i dont take a support & this ultimately leads to divert me from meditation .
@@KinoYoga keep it the way it is with that same volume A lot of times people cannot hear as well the way you were talking now is just right I do not personally have a hearing problem but I am just saying
@@KinoYoga oh thank you for reply! i meant i like your voice and i would just listen to a meditation audio made by you maybe in a studio or sth like this, i would put on my headphones and close my eyes.
