Day 15/30 Done ✅ successfully and unbelievably we are 50% into the workout without skipping a single day. Wow what a feeling. And today I am on P. And wanted not to do then I thought about when I didn't do workout then I finished workout. Congratulations everyone for sticking through this❤ much love.
Madeline, you are honestly the only persons whose videos I have stayed consistent with. In fact, this is my 2nd time doing this one month Pilates workouts. They aren’t too hard but aren’t too easy, incorporate every body part, has rest and stretch days, and overall has just very much motivated me too workout. Though I am relatively young, I make working out a daily part of my routine and you have reminded me that it is okay to have rest days. Also, the little nods of encouragement and smiles you give us throughout the video really give me motivation. So, thank you Madeline!
No lie, this workout was harder than any other, I was screaming at one-point (I did it non stop bc I like pain). I'm on my period and this helped with the pain, thankssss
I had to take an entire week break because I got so sick I could barely stand up, I was scared that working out while sick would just make me sicker, and everyday I was debating whether I should still do the workout (I know I wasn't in the condition to do so), yet what I was the most scared about, was to just not get back into it, even when I'm no longer sick. Well. Yk what? Getting back into Pilate was easier than getting back into anything! I'm so happy I could push through today, I don't care if my results are partially gone from the last month because I had to take a break, I know I can get it back with time, and I can't just gain 10kg in a week anyway so I think I should stop thinking that I did lol. Anyway yeah ty for listening to me, day 15 over!!!
Day 15 done! I can feel my jeans getting a bit loose now, just perhaps a half inch, but we have a long way to go! I was eating a lot of pastries and cakes in the first 10 days of this programme but in the past 5 days have maintained a clean diet. Let's see the changes now!
Day 15: done ✅ Had a hard time at first because I was having a mental breakdown before this, but after I felt much better. I struggled to get really working but I'm so proud I made it. ❤
First ever workout where I’ve been consistent. Literally. I’ve tried gym and swimming and yoga and I couldn’t stay disciplined. Pilates has made me into a new person entirely. I can feel and see the difference. I’m stronger than ever and I feel so good after every workout. Thank you so much Madeleine. May God bless you and I hope all you’ve ever dreamt of comes true. ❤
I can't believe I am halfway in. Feels like yesterday when I was always panting hard while doing your workouts. Now my breathing and balance is getting better.
day 15 doneeee i love how i feel so energised after doing these workouts, always gets me wanting to do more. i used to do cardio only before and that left me exhausted after one class haha
Day 15: ✅ I’m exceptionally proud of myself for doing this workout today, specifically because it’s Christmas and this was supposed to be a rest day for me, but I was bored and sometimes my mind says things like “if you eat x amount of calories or x food you have to workout.” But I absolutely loved this workout! Even if it was challenging, I really liked that it incorporated all body parts, and it also was manageable. Thank you Madeline!!! 💞 I hope you all have a merry Christmas :)
this is the first time ive stayed consistent w a workout routine... ive lost nearly 5lbs (2.2kg) and i can notice that my legs and waist are slimming down
Day 15 done! Tody I was a bit sick but I wanted to move my body. I did it slowly so it wonˋt hurt this much. I am proud but still feeling as I could do it better just more perfectly but at the same time like I canˋt do this anymore. I‘ve done the first half so I will get the second too, you are going to get this! Proud of you and me! (Sorry for my bad english haha)
Day 15 completed! I was so sore because of the volleyball practice I did yesterday evening (it's my uni volleyball team), and I just KNOW that this helped me stretch every limb of my body ahah. Let's go for day 16!!! Luv luv luv

in my ovulation i could do the 40 minute workout in one go with no breaks almost and now in luteal phase can’t even do this without taking breaks so don’t worry guys, no matter how much you can or can’t, it’s important that you get your body to move ❤ 5 min a day (example) is better than nothing at all
Yayyy!! We're already half month away! And I've been seeing changes! Boom! Plus I've been avoiding eating more like extra snacks etc and junk food and carbonated drinks and sugar and replaced it with fruits and green tea and fennel seed tea! And some other workouts and treadmill running for 15-30 mins depending on my homework

I’ve been taking progress pictures once every once week and OH MY GOD I noticed a HUGE difference in from day 7 to day 15!! I swear my back slimmed and curves to my butt so NICELY I was SHOCKED. I’ve been taking one rest day a week and today I did both day 14 & 15 cause I focused on stretching yesterday but WOWWWW guys these are a game changer AHHH
Day 15 doing workout secretly: From 56kg to 51kg🎉 Loosing 2-3cm of my leg, waist, and arm (I never really pay attention to this but someone mentioned it in caption so I decided to take a measurement) What's amazing is I had severe back pain months ago, My spine is curved 8° and it is very difficult for me to sit for more than 30 minutes straight. Now I can sit for 5 hours and feel nothing on my back!! Now my wrists is getting stronger, my feet don't shake as much as the first day, and I never feel so curved before❤❤ I think we'll need a longer version of 1 month challenge after this one end 😂❤ Thanks, Madeline ❤❤
3rd time doing the series,the first 2 times I would only do like half of a 20 min one and the other half the next day.Now I can get through the whole thing woohoo. Thanks for a great workout Madeline

I love this so much. its so cool that i can see my own progress in how many of the moves i can now do without stopping. i would love to see more playlists like this. like I'm dreading the day i finish the "1 Month Pilates Plan" , where do i go from there??

Only girl I have stayed consistent with...even if I don't have time one week, I just hop right back where I left out. Love the challenges. They give you something to be accountable for, and I always feel great afterwards❤

I love these videos so much I have taken a break over the weekend due to travell however I decided to stay concurrent I would do thoes workouts today so I’m exhausted after just doing day 14 but i can see inprovments already and I feel so much stronger
