The pace of your videos is perfect. The days I'm thinking I just need a rest day, BANG, you have a rest day. The days I'm thinking I need to ramp up, you encourage us to step up our game. I don't know how you're so intuitive, but you are. Thanks for choosing to be a teacher.

Namaste Tim. I've managed to complete 21 days over the month of January. I've flicked around the videos when I've wanted to do something longer or more energetic but I do love the meditative and restful days too. I'm a 45 year old man in the UK with knee and shoulder issues, but your instruction has helped massively with flexibility, balance and core strength. Cactus arms on the floor is the most painful! Such a simple stretch but it hurts like hell! I love the lunges and warrior poses - is it OK to hold these for longer periods of time? Thanks Tim for becoming my first ever yoga teacher. Rob

Day 4 of practicing this warm up and now I can do it without having to quit anywhere. The first time I did it I had to quit during the side plank. And I can do the normal push up instead of on my knees throughout.

Wow, the practice is getting harder and faster! Just a question : will we have to add 22 and 23 than add 24 than 25 or will it be 22 and 23 then 22 and 24 then 22 and 25 etc...? I suppose it's the second option cause the practice is going to be a little too long if we add 5 videos to this one. Thanks for your hard work Tim, I also try to work as hard as I can!

My understanding is that 22 will be the warm up for the next three videos. So 22&23, then 22&24.... If that's not correct someone please correct me. I have a difficult time doing more than a 30 minute practice as I do it early in the morning before I go to work.

That's right pam, just like on the other warm up video you can do one of the earlier practices until 23 is up : )

Day 1 of warm up was super hard, day 2 a little easier. I have a feeling after two weeks of this it will be easy. It's an intense 13 minutes.

ok. I do the video at different times of the day and then sometimes I do ur video plus another one either at night or in the morning. It just depends. I guess that's why I think I'm ahead.

Love your classes! But a bit confusing when we have to do 3 videos on one day. I would have preferred if every day was a different challenge, and the tutorial videos were extra recommendations. Anyhow, I still continue as Tim is great!

i have wrist pain that flares up from time to time limiting my mobility its mainly due to unnoticed tightness in my forearm muscles it takes a deep and i mean deep massage to the point its pretty painful to fix it but afterwards the next day the pain improves till it eventually goes away try to massage your forearm with you elbow while your on your knees
