I was so ready to give up. I said, “maybe this workout isn’t for me” because it hurt 😂 but then I realized any workout hurt. I read the comments and that motivated me. All that to say, I completed it!! I was sweating even with the fan on and that never happens to me.

I L❤VE this workout because I can actually do it AND feel stronger at the end! Instead of feeling exhausted like I have with many other past workout programs, I feel energized - which is a BIG deal! Definitely sticking to this one 🙌🏽

It is getting slightly harder, but i'm loving the variety of exercises. It doesn't repeat the same routine over and over, and I like that because i tend to get bored with the same the same the same. This keeps it interesting and I love the challenge. I hope to be able to get through it all.

Day 4: Done! 🌻🌻🌻 Sore knees, had to go slow on this one and though low impact I had to find my own alternative to the curtsey lunge which was just not happening for me today. I manage to preserve my knees and finish the workout. Good workout! Thank you very much!

@@nothingtosay7080 I did this just about every day. Sometimes I missed a day but would pick right back up again the following day. In terms of diet I just ate whole foods and watched the portions I was eating. No crazy diets or anything.

Made it through day 4. I feel stronger each day. Thank you for this 14 challenge. I am just trying to be consistent and this has been such a great help. I’m new to this channel but I have to say I love these workouts. The basic moves so if you haven’t worked out in a while it gives you a chance to work on your form while getting stronger. I’ve been through chemotherapy and radiation therapy in 2019 and had numerous surgeries. Prior to that I worked out with a trainer and was in great shape. I’m using this 14 day program to get me back on track😊 Thank you…

I love challenges and I am so grateful I found you guys! I’m late to the party so I just finished Day 3 and it was a burner is a great way! I’ve already previewed Day 4 and I’m hyped! I was doing Chloe Tings program and though it was effective it was repetitive (every day same workouts) so you definitely have a new subbie! Great Job! P.s keep the challenges coming!

I will be on day 4 today! They are hard but I have constantly push myself. It does not matter how many reps I do but that I complete the exercise correctly. That's how I know it's working! Happy I found you via Instagram

I'm new to this challenge, started it on June 1st and happy to say I'm sticking to it. So far so good. I may have been dying by the end of round 2 but I took about a 2min break in between sets and got right back into it. Thank you for these awesome videos!!

This challenge really tough… I almost died after 2nd round… after 2nd round, I cheated on lateral lunges… my legs were really weak to do that… but still I finished till round 4… really proud of myself… don’t give up buddies… if I can do, you guys can do too 😘💪🏻

I just completed Day4- Round 2. Reps 3 and 4 are a struggle to complete but I finished. Lunges have never been a favorite of mine especially the curtsy Lunge. For now, I do supported Lunges but I will continue to push on!!

If you want to make this a bit harder, try the side planks on your hand (high planks) and feet instead of forearms and knee. Feel the burn🔥
