I did it! I managed to finish both Day 4 and 5 today. These workouts have really helped me get through those awful infusion side effects and I feel 95 percent better now. The sit-to-stand was hard today but I really enjoyed it. Wonderful challenge Meg! Thank you so much!

Sue from Ottawa. Another excellent day of exercising. Thank you Meg for this. I have found my legs are getting stronger. I think I could have done more sit/stand exercises because after 30 I still had energy to continue. I definitely notice that my balance still needs more work and I will continue to work on that.

The pillow exercises are such a fun finish to the 5-Day Challenge! I want to add that I've been an Aim Fitness member since doing a 5-Day Fitness Challenge in January 2023. It's a fun way for me to exercise daily, and I've noticed a lot of improvement in my strength and mobility since then.
