So my Ps5 on july 25 came home to play and never power on after hours of troubleshooting I knew I had a problem it’s Sunday so the customer service was closed talk to a rep Monday July 26 on hold for 2 hours didn’t get the box from Sony to ship til Aug 2 Monday I ship it back and was delivered aug 6 so now it’s a waiting game the rep said from now til aug 30 Sony bout to lose a loyal customer
Aug 9 imma check the status and see but they have til this Friday to return if not imma buy a Xbox and sell the Ps5 whenever it comes cuz this is ridiculous never had no issues with ps1 ps2 ps3 ps4 ps4 pro
That's sucks, so far sony has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time from a company. Hopefully more people will see the video an talk about it or complain to them. so they can improve.
Playstation refuse to respond to complaints after selling me a faulty one. Disgusting! They have sent me a second console and it still doesn't work. Remember to escalate to the ombudsman. Do not let the ***** get away with it. @Sony
It took a long time for me to get my ps5 back from them, I had a really good response and turn around from steam, when they replaced defective steam deck.
