Although socialists can get carried away and create some sort of a "noble savage"-like trope of the worker, i.e. a group wise beyond compare who can do no evil, it is certainly deeply illiberal in the baseline sense (anti-egalitarian and anti-democratic) to believe that the workers would be particularly worse or inept compared to, say, the bosses and investors (the elites in this context). Gob attempted to appeal to authority on behalf of those Euro philosophers, and Tyler blew apart the man's arguments and intellectual credibility like some proton torpedoes to the Death Star. At that point, Tyler began poking at him, asking where exactly he was from, insulting the man's accent, breeding, station in life, all while continuing to demand to know where he was from, for the purposes of Glorious American Shit-Talking. Tyler was in rare form as he lit the guy up in spectacular fashion, eventually taunting the guy *so* hard that Gob ended up admitting that he was actually sympathetic to National Socialism just before the end of the segment. If you can, listen to the last ten or fifteen minutes or so, to enjoy the free asswhuppin' show.
