In this video, I rebuilt a Dell Inspiron 3670 barebone PC that I bought for $50. This barebone PC has no CPU, RAM, Hard Disk, or CPU cooler. I installed the CPU RAM hard and AIO CPU cooler and added an RTX 4060 to play most games in 1080p and even up to 1440p.
