Legendary NBA bad boy Dennis Rodman opens up to Joe Buck about his off the court antics, the height of the Chicago Bulls, and how he started playing basketball at a high level. #nba
Really?? She went to his hotel room late at night/ early morning.what did she think they was gonna do play Jenga ? Bitch knew what she was doin! Sick of women doin that crap to men.And if you go to pretty much a strangers hotel room or home after bar and partying you goin to fuck or to claim you were raped...Women who accuse men of it and its proven it didnt happen should face felony criminal charges. The guy is labeled guilty for rest of his life even if nothing happened. The women should then be under deformation of character .slander.purgery under oath.ect and guarantee less women would make false accusations
I’ve never heard an interview with another nba player, coach , friend etc. who has a bad word to say about Dennis. His story of not playing basketball until relatively late in life. Then to accomplish what he did is inspiring. When I was young and watched him play, especially his off court antics. I always assumed he was a jerk. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Never judge a book by its cover is so true.
Dennis Rodman is still hurting from his past. He appears to be still strong with knowledge. He remains the best rebounder. May God continue to bless him 🙏🏼 ❤️
You can say whatever you want but the dudes a pure soul. He might hurt people through his actions but he seems like he never has wanted to hurt anyone (other than Jordan in the 89 ECF)
Dennis Rodman is the reason I started watching basketball. I'm a Detroiter, and Dennis became my hero. Thank you for this tribute and for allowing me to relive special moments. Dennis deserves every accolade given him.
We were invited to his birthday party in Florida a few years ago , and the place was filled with strangers to him. When he walked in, everyone in the place went crazy. He looked around to see what they were cheering for. It stuck with us . Guy is humble for sure
I am a lifelong Sixers fan but I always loved and respected and appreciated Dennis as a player and a person. The guy at the beginning of the show said "one of the best rebounders", yes, but I would say "one of the best defensive players of all time". Anybody can say what they want about him, but this man gave his ALL in every practice and every game, and he has a huge heart and is a very loving person.
Dennis lived in my neighborhood when he played for the Spurs. He used to come down to my house and shoot baskets with all of us. He was such a great guy.
There’s not enough people on this planet like DR. He needs to be protected . There’s so much to learn from him . He’s so easy to like and it’s so easy to see how special he is to have with us .
This interview is incredible. You have to appreciate how real Dennis is in speeches and interviews. He’s not there to impress and we’ve accepted him for who he is as a person. Also, the stats are off the charts!
Wow. We can all learn alot from this man. He had the fame, fortune and lifestyle...and he knows all he wants now is a realtionship with his family. Thats what we should all work for.
Great interviewer and I love the energy of the audience. Dennis Rodman is a good example of never give up and keep striving. His season of The Apprentice was fantastic.
Rodman, one of the greatest rebounders of all times!!! I have most of his basketball cards and more. ❤ . One thing I absolutely hated was that he mingled with Trump 😮...but I now understand why 😊.
Thank you, always believe in you brother You are a legend, hall of fame and 1 hell of a great person there should be more people like you in the world Thank you Dennis
Joe Buck thankyou for this fabulous interview of Dennis Rodman. Just so good . Love Rodman. What a story. Watch the Bulls in Chicago so many games. Didn't know any of this. What a player.
The great Dennis Rodman......Relentless on the boards.....Energy....Toughness unparalleled......Basketball IQ top tier,..You look to him for reference .....Rebounding king.....A training film on proper technique.....And what many don't know he could score in several ways if needed......Desire and a heart of gold......Dennis enjoyed watching u run the floor and play that game...And by the way those kids u love dearly.....They too are proud and love u as well........One of the best who ever did it..........Thank you......
I've always admire Dennis even more after I found out he didn't start playing basketball til he was 21 yrs old.. for someone like me who dreams was to play in the NBA since I was 6yrs old and it never happened i remember days watching the NBA draft with tears in my eyes like that's going to be me I thought I was on my way because I was a 5th grader playing on a 8th grade team and won mvp as a 5th grader for Dennis to catch on to that sport that fast is "AMAZING" what Dennis accomplished is out of this world..and i have nothing but love for him because his life story is very soul touching and i pray God continues to bless all his hopes and dreams🙏
We have current players complaining that they dont have enough million dollars per year then there's this guy. He just wants to work hard and be accepted for his hard work Love this man and his work ethic 👌🏾❤❤❤
Thanks for the memories Dennis, it’s a good memory ever time I get to see ya brother !!! The daughter thing let it come to you !! I’ll pray for you and your daughter and family !!! 🙏🙏
No homo...love Dennis Rodman...a true legend in every way. When basketball was a ground sport. Mr. Hustle himself...one of the greats I would want on my starting all time five. LEGEND!
1 of the most honest & open sports figures ever who stood tall thru every attack on his character theMedia tried to destroy him with on & off the court & even his Life in retirement to this day they still tryin' to break that Man down instead of building him up, but that's their nature...they fear what they don't understand & hate what they can't conquer, OnlyTheStrongSurvive & Dennis is the living definition of that...plus... he's pound4pound 1 of theGreatest Athletes of All-Time
He's very similar to Mike Tyson in that both are brutally forthright about their lives. The public loves them for both their greatness in sport in spite of their personal struggles. Interesting dynamic...
Very vulnerable yes! Very good guy and was after the limelight fo sho! One of his best friends is a N.Korean Dictator and it hurts his feelings when others approach him about it! Crazy complex Drug Abusing Dude with Big Mental Problems!
I can't remember the last time I've seen him without his sunglasses. It's about time. I thought he maybe had a medical issue with his eyes. That aside, a sincere case can be made that he was a basketball genius. And I'm not just referring to his incredible rebounding skills. His basketball IQ was up there with the greats. 👍
Wonderful interview ! I am a basketball super fan …He is the best rebounding ever! I DO LOVE Rodman , i watched all his games many times! He is special , talented, a man with strong deep feelings !! I wish I could meet him someday , and tell him how life feels great because of his legacy . Hope and pray he is always be blessed, find happiness , joy and feels how much loves he is
This man has always had his emotions right at the surface. He chose to express himself in his own ways, but I've always felt he was a good person and gentle soul.
I have always loved Dennis. He was a great basketball player. As a rebound specialist, that takes self sacrifice, because he is not going to be in the lime light. Always intense and emotional, full of real feelings. He tried to promote basketball in North Korea and improve relations with that country.
I will always remember when dad was in the hospital before passing away, Rodman walks in as he was making his rounds visiting the sick patients in OC hospital. 😢❤
Wow! This has been a very heart touching segment about Dennis and life! I Now have a total different view about him. Alot of the things about him I could relate to. Much love and respect for him. God Bless you Dennis. May the Lord grant you your hearts desire to be reconciled and reunited in peace, love and harmony with your children! Amen!
Dennis, we respect your hard work and everything you did for the game, You never cheated the game or the fans. And yes, we respect you for who you are as a man. These kids today could Learn a lot from your work ethic. I always tell my Son about you, who will graduate from college this year. Thank you for all of the great years. You are truly A Hall of Fame player The world is a better place With people like you in it
This is what happens when you match a good human with greatness. Much love for D.Rod...❤ I hope that his family finds a way to reconcile their differences for the betterment of mankind...
Dennis we love you man, please stay around for long time. I have your jersey and shoes I hope one day I can met you and get your autograph. You always keep it 100. I love how you don’t care and show your emotions. Your a real man and person
I've always felt that, too. How in the world is he not up there next to Mike and Pipp? He was a huge part of that second 3peat. Could be lingering animosity from the Bad Boy era Lol
One of my favorite players of all time. He was so fun to watch. Always getting into $hit and I loved it. I was a small PG and his and Iversons attitude gave me that edge of contact and physicality with no fear. Broke my wrist coming down from a rebound in a game
Big thanks to the people who put this together. This man is one of my all time faves growing up. Truly an outstanding character but a total genius on the court. God bless you DRod. I’m a superfan for life
As a younger man a few years younger than Dennis Rodman , I admired is self expressive way. Different, but admired him because he brought that beast mode every game and you realize he was a genius in his way. Thank you for the memories DRod!
Dennis brother I saw this for the first time and I want to tell you this you've inspired me. love ya' I understand because I've seen and been in those situations where I didn't feel worthy. Praying for you and first daughter and the rest of your children. basketball.🏀
I never knew that Dennis had had a hard childhood such as this. I can't imagine having a mother who never told me that she loved me,l think it would have been so difficult. I wasn't a fan of his because he was a Laker whereas l was a 6ers fan. My heart cries out for him as to never judge a book ever again.I give much respect to him for his inner strength to be the best at his craft.
"Love this interview with Mr Dennis Rodman.". . . I am 80 yrs old, a senior citizen: and watched s lots of basketball! Always something about Mr Rodman watching the Chicago Bulls; and brlieved he is a true spirit! "Inspiring, and great advice from Mr Rodman, keep your head up!". . . As😅 said, no matter what you're going through. NC .mrs Sims. "Continued wellness to him, and his family,!". 💞🙏😄✔️✔️✔️
Dennis was just soooo great to watch. Such a team player. The Bulls do not win all those Championships without Rodman & Pippin who are often not given the credit deserved because Jordan was so good.
Dennis I know you won’t read this, but you’re a legend. A man who is the definition of hard work and did the work that no one else could or was willing to do. You inspire many people! ❤ Rodman
I've always been a huge fan of Dennis. I was fortunate enough to have been a teenager to watch him play with Detroit. I actually was rooting for him against those bulls teams. What a lightning rod he was. I really enjoyed this candid conversation. I'm currently dealing with a health issue. The keep your head up comment gave me some new found drive. Great stuff. Much love from Houston Tx
So good interview. Dennis was the best! And sooo emotional from the first moment ! He showed his side that is deep inside ! That's real Dennis Rodman !🥰👍🏼
Love ya baby! Dennis, thank you for all the good that you have done and being an honest man! I am proud to say I got to meet, shake your hand and take a picture with you. I understand you completely and hope that your wishes to have your family together and spend quality time with all of your kids come true, because you deserve it! Keep on moving forward and being an inspiration to people like me! Blessings, Dennis!!
I don't ever want to hear Draymond and Toughness in the same sentence with Dennis Rodman. Rodman is definitely 1 of a kind and the 1 of the toughest forwards to ever play the game.
I idolized this guy in high school. He's the reason I won leading rebounder & leading shot blocker every year. While other kids wanted to score, I wanted to make sure they couldn't.
Dennis seen alot of what I did as a kid and its really shocking to hear him say the same exact things I do when speaking about my childhood! Love and light brother! Keep ignoring the nonsense and stay true to yourself so you can stay true to your loved one's! ❤
