Welcome to Thor Repairs. This video is about whether the 2021 Ram Rebel 5th Gen came stock with LED Cargo lights and 3rd brake light. Do no buy the bulbs from the video. I will not leave a link due to the bulbs interfering with my key fob signal. This is why I do these videos for you guys. I hope you learn something from me. I will be buying a proven brand like Diode Dynamics. Thanks again for watching.

My 2020 Rebel (built 11-19) has the reservoir shocks but didn't have LED cargo lights. I did change the bulbs in the cargo light and all interior lights, it makes a big difference.

I ended up going back to stock lights that it came with because it interfered with my key fob.

Hi question, have you noticed any difference on your key fob not working properly when locking the door with the door button and having the key in your packet? Im having that issue and they say its the led lights

Yup it is. I hear it’s just the brake light you can change back but I changed them all back and it works perfectly now. I haven’t had a chance to try other brands. I hope this helps. 👍

Have you repaired or replaced the 3rd brake light and antenna seal? To get ahead of the inevitable leaking.

My 2021 rebel has the led cargo light, but it came with the unobstructed camera for the rear view mirror

Nice!! Mine didn’t have the camera so maybe that’s why it didn’t come with LED’s from factory.

Wait... They changed to the different led fixture for the 21s...why didn't yours come with the new upgraded housing with the camera option?

It’s only LED when it has the camera option which unfortunately mine didn’t come with. Mine just has the back up camera and that’s it.

I bought my 2020 Longhorn back in September right before they came out with the new led 3rd brakes on the 2021s...i was mad at first cuz the new housings look so much better than the one like we have on our trucks! I don't even care to have the canera lol I just like the looks of the new style way better
