Just saw them on the 21st of September here in Stockholm! Can it really be this good live?? YES!!! Total magic with these masters on their instruments, and Jonah´s singing - groove deluxe extra everything! 😍I highly recommend a visit or two! Thank you DS for this one, more please? 🙂

Jonah Nilsson on keys and lead vocals Henrik Linder on bass and backing vocals Aron Mellergard on drums and backing vocals. A strong gospel feel to this song and you can see and hear that they did a lot of production work in the studio to get that layered choir sound. Jonah admits to being a big Michael fan and the band has a relationship with Quincy Jones so there’s the DNA for ya. Another stellar reaction. 😊

So glad to see another Dirty Loops reaction video from you ☺️ This track is so good, it’s beyond words. Your face said it all 🤣 Actually, my understanding is that all the backing vocals, including the choirs, were all put down by Jonah, the singer. They’re just goofing around on camera and make it look as tho Aron (drums) is doing backing vocals, and Henrik, the bassist, playing drums :) In an interview with bass magazine/Songified, Henrik explains it all. Yeah, Jonah’s vocals are on another level… Would love for you to check out (if you haven’t yet) their song “Work Shit Out”. Apart from everything else they’ve ever done . One of the few tracks to feature Aron with a killer drum solo 🔥 Thanks again for featuring these bad boys ☺️🙏

Jonah jumps on bass and Henrick jumps on the drums but it’s all for fun (they don’t actually play, although Jonah plays drums in his Coffee Break video). Aron (drummer) had the idea of adding the gospel voices and Jonah recorded ALL of them. Extremely talented musicians!

There's epic musicianship, epic technical ability from ALL members, and here's a fun fact; after the initial intro riff, adjust the video payback speed to 0.75. I love how you just kinda froze towards the end and all you could say was "...damn" lol! You might be surprised to know that the drummer and bass player singing in the video was just for aesthetics. The only one whose vocals are on the track are those of the lead vocalist. His vocals are layers. And they do all their songs that way.
