i’ve removed my subscriptions….this is abusive to the horses

​@@Kate98755I fear that it's only going to get worse! All kinds of channels are popping up daily, literally, offering this content. In the past two days alone, YT has started reccomending channels I've never heard of, with numbers like 2 thousand subs, 500 subs, and 278 subs, for example, and every one of them is covering Horse Guards. The channel names and avatars are deliberately made to confuse people. Content creators are getting MILLIONS of views, the horses are being badly mistreated by the tourists, and the whole thing has turned into a big mess. Obviously, the problem that's the most important is the horses and what they're being put through. In my personal opinion, things can't go on much longer this way.

@@Kate98755 hi...personally I believe there is so much goodness with horse and guard troopers and interactions, and yes so much ridiculous rudeness... this however I don't think is abusive so much to horse yet so highly disrespectful to 2 and 4 legged troopers or any military, police regiments. They should be revered and honored and thanked for their dedication, sacrifice and service... I couldn't watch coz couldn't stand the disrespect, I dare that dude to spend a week in basic traing and see how he fares... Anyway...Divine Blessings upon all troopers and hope you still enjoy all the magical moments that do transpire... Blessings

@@michelleyahweh6157 abusive is a heavy word…but to be pestered without being able to retreat seems abusive. If these horses could back away when it’s too much I wouldn’t feel this strongly, but they’re held there, the human guards yell at the tourists if they’re touched, but the horses have to absorb the annoyance. It can make change the mood of a calm horse into an agitated horse. The fact that they’ve posted a warning reveals they understand the horses are retaliating would not necessarily hold up in court for a personal injury…I would argue that they are admitting it’s a potentially dangerous setting which they are allowing naive people to enter. Bottom line, control the situation. Remove the negative, guards yelling at people, horses becoming agitated…paint a do not cross line with light fencing that wouldn’t bother the horse for picture taking. People could get their pictures, the guard isn’t yelling, the horses aren’t agitated…not a very complicated issue to solve.

You clearly don't understand that the Guards are not extras from Disney land. They are professional soldiers. When not on guard duty in Whitehall (or at one of the Royal Palaces) they wear normal military camouflage uniforms and are stationed at British Army barracks around the UK, or on active service around the world. They are not actors.
