The 1967 Desert Find Mustang gets a rear end upgrade with a 3.55 ring and pinion and traction lock unit from Quick Performance. This is a step by step tear down and build up of a Ford 8" rear end. Gone are the 2.79 freeway peg leg set up replaced by a completely kit from Quick Performance.

What have we gotten ourselves into at Mustang Connection! This 1967 Ford Mustang has been sitting in the California desert for decades and is currently a sight for sore eyes. We plan on stuffing this thing with some great new products mixed in with some good 'ol swap meet and Craigslist finds to bring this "Mut" back to life. Why project Mut you ask ? well the only 3 letters left on the passenger fender still read MU..T... so as you can see currently a MUT not quite a Mustang just yet.
