This video will show how I built a Magneto Speed mount that attaches to the front Pic or Arca rail. I got tired of the POI shift from attaching it to my rifle barrels. I will even demo it being shot on a 338 Lapua. The links below will show you to 2 pieces you will need to attach it to your rifle pic.

Interesting... I am trying to figure out how to go from sling swivel stud to a pic rail. Its my first bolt action... I might make one of these rather than spend money on a kit. I have a drill press and tap and die set I can easily put something together. Where did you get the rods and the blocks

Hi, I’m sure you could find the round stock and square stock at most hardware stores or fastener stores like Home Depot or Fastenal. It’s very easy to put together and it is still working great. Thanks for watching.

Can I set the sensitivity on a sporter?

What thread pitch and diameter are the screws that go into the bayonet?

Hi T Con, the replacement screw kit on the Mangetospeed website says they are a 4-40 screw size. Thanks for watching and the comment, I hope that helped.

Thanks. After your comment I looked in my case and saw that I had the screws already. I forgot that the chronograph came with them... I am trying to use a .5 " round stock instead of 3/8". I'll let you know how it works out.
