Do we have to remove negative on battery first or a fuse for airbags first for a 2007 escalade to remove passanger seat belt lmk please ?

Hey bro nice detailed video you did, have a 2020 silverado same thing happen. Does it have an side impact sensor or something. Wondering why curtains airbag deploy and seat belt lock up

Thanks you, no mine is a 2012 but they do bring some impact sensors on the door and towards the back pillar and seat belt always tend to lock up when airbags deploy. Most the time you either got to replace them or send out to get repaired .

The seatbelts lock up because they have pre-tensioners that fire in the wreck.

What bit was it for the airbag module? T10?

Well on my truck has 3 -10mm torques

@@pazautovlogz5999 yeah it was just a 7mm socket. Did you put new airbags in yours or take it somewhere? I’m debating whether or not I want to do it.

The seatbelts stay locked in the position/slack that they were in during the accident, meaning the seatbelt was like that during the accident, ie they weren't wearing their seatbelt. The quality and condition of the truck reflects the owner; human garbage and trash. Wouldn't be surprised if the driver got hurt from the accident.
