I paid for an email coaching and at first I thought I was wasting my money or that I was going to get a short respond that wasn’t really going to help me, but let me tell you that I WAS WRONG. I was in a horrible situation where my boyfriend broke up with me and started dating RIGHT AWAY someone way older than us, I explained everything to coach Craig and he really took the time to give me all the answers I needed at that time. He never told me “yes you’re going to get him back” he was honest about everything and told me how to handle the situation. Happy to say that he was right about everything he said about my relationship and my boyfriend. He came back to me saying how sorry he was and we started watching Craig’s videos to improve our RS. This was one year ago and me and my boyfriend are still in a WAY healthier relationship.

11 months ago the man I spent 25 years with, up and left. He told me that he was done and I made him miserable. I was shocked and extremely upset. I begged and pleaded for him to stay but he told me nothing I said could make him stay, he was done. We have 3 kids together too. I felt so alone and confused when he left. He wouldn’t even talk to me, it was like I didn’t even exist. How the hell could he of all people do this to me? I spent a month laying in bed crying. I am self employed so thank goodness I didn’t have to get up and go to work everyday cause I wouldn’t have been able to do it. He barely called, maybe once a month to check on the kids, and when he did, he was cold to me. I found out that he had another woman before he even left my house and that just destroyed me. The thought of another woman taking my place made me physically ill. I gave him my life, how could he just walk away from me like that? All I wanted to do was find someone else to help take the pain away but I decided that I just had to go through it. I needed to work on myself and that’s exactly what I did. I’d wake up in the morning and the first thing I’d do was cry and then I’d get up and give life my best. During the time that he was gone, I bought a brand new car, managed to save $20,000 and I bought my first house all by myself. Those are all things that I couldn’t do while I was with him. I was scared to do all this on my own but I did it. Well guess who’s back?? He’s been calling me for about 2 months. He begs me to let him come home. He hates the girl he’s with and realizes that it wasn’t me who made him miserable, it was him doing it. He wants to marry me and spent the rest of his life with me. Guess what else?? I’m all set!! I told him there’s no way in hell I’d ever let him come back after what I went through. That was the deepest pain I’ve ever felt and I had to go through it alone. I’ve decided that I’m very happy being alone and I plan to stay alone for a while. I’ve accomplished quite a bit in the almost year that he’s been gone and I’m not done yet. I’m not done working on myself and I’m not done growing into this new life I’m making. Letting him come back would only send me back to where I was and I don’t want that. The pain after a break up IS DEVASTATING and I know that firsthand, but I also know how beautiful it can be once you get through it. If you’re hurting then let yourself feel the hurt. Remember, the only way out, is through. But most of all, remember that it won’t last forever. Love yourself more than you love the thought of someone that decided they didn’t want to be with you. Words are powerful and never forget what they said when they left. They showed their true colors so pay attention. You deserve the best so don’t settle for less. I will never allow my ex back into my life. I remember begging him to stay and begging him not to leave me. Crying like a baby as I begged. Never again, I’m worth so much more and so are you!! It seems to me that there is something every dumper lacks and which is also probably one of the most important factors in successful relationships.....COMMUNICATION. Yet you rarely see forums or RU-vid discussions about this. Many dumpers lack that very basic skill and in many cases expect the dumpee to read their mind. Just a thought
S A so true! I think if most people were honest about what they want in a relationship and tried to work on things, it would save so many relationships being broken down and lost. We’re not mind readers and it can be hard to know unless the other person tells us what they really want in the relationship.
I left a girl by choice 2 months ago. She was not happy with my decision but did not fight me over it and gave me the break up. I went out to experience the reasons i left and realized 4 weeks later that i made a major mistake by leaving. In those first 3-4 weeks, i didnt question it. So yes, feelings can change, ive been regretting this for 5 weeks now. Keep your head up and trust the information that these coaches give.

Listen guys: it does get better over time. It’s been 4 months since my boyfriend broke up with me and I can’t tell you how anxious, heartbroken and desperate I was at the beginning of this process. Not gonna lie, it still hurts and I’m still hoping for the day he reaches out, BUT I’ve been going to therapy, taking care of myself, going out with friends and family and of course watching Craig’s videos daily and holy cow, these things help A LOT. Keep working on yourself, you can’t control what they do or what goes through their mind, you’re gonna have good and bad times during the process but each day that passes you become a better, stronger and more attractive version of yourself. If I get a success story I’ll let you know. DON’T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!
I can honestly tell you that my long distance ex girlfriend exhibited every behavior and stages during the break up Craig and Margaret explained would happen in most cases. We are back together after 4 months. Behaviors...she was cold and wanted to block me. Told me there was no chance. She came back after no contact in an indirect manner. And now she says she loves me, words I thought I would never hear. She told me that my contacting her in the beginning made her angry and definitely delayed her contacting me in the future. She said she dated two guys during the break up but they were not the same as me. She said she thought of me every day and presents I gave her reminded her of me. In closing I would say no contact was the best thing I did to get another chance with her. It gave her time to think and imagine a life without me. No contact was also the hardest thing I have ever done but I wish I would have started it earlier in the break up. They almost ALWAYS reach out again. They are human. They will miss your voice and your presence. I want to say guaranteed it will happen but I won't bc there's that percentage that is waiting on you to contact them. Give them time. My ex just contacted me after two months of me going no contact. Best advice is to just give it time. It's hard in the beginning but find motivation and stay busy. Subscribe to a comedy channel to laugh and do not watch love stories and listen to love songs. Turn the station or channel immediately! Keep off social media bc it will depress you comparing your life to others. If you don't see it the less of a depression state it will have on you. By the time you know it...a text from your ex. I think I was decluttering my cabinets then there it was, my ex saying I miss you with the tear drop emoji. They come back. I did a lot of failures, like calling in the middle of the night and a lot more. She said never to call her again. But at some point she reached out, about a photo of me and my grandfather that she still had. She came over to my new place. She forgot the photo 3 times in a row. I guess you understand what I am trying to say. Thank you so much Coach, I learned a lot about my Childhood and the pain I was dealing with. There is always hope!
It definitely does happen. My ex reached out to me after 4 months and again a month later on my birthday but by that stage i’d realised in hindsight the relationship wasn’t healthy and I’d also moved on and met someone else. But hang in there guys and always remember to focus on yourself and grow. You can’t control what your ex does but you can control your own life and make changes in yourself.

Good video. My ex dropped me like a hot potato. Did mean things and tried to be hurtful to me. She made comments on social media that were hurtful. I ignored them and chose to fix myself. She even went as far as getting married 2 months after we split. Still I looked at it like wth ever. Now a few months later, guess who’s making up excuses to contact me? Even came to see me... with out her new spouse. So feelings do change. Often they change into regret and sorrow and the ever famous “oh crap the grass over here is not really greener it is full of dog crap” feeling . So, hang in there if that’s what you feel you should do. Work on YOU. Do the best for yourself. And ignore all the crap from the person who felt they could do better than you. You’re the best they ever had. Eventually they either wake up and realize that or they wallow in the dog crap. Either way, you’re better for the experience. Do YOU.
Year and a half of no contact. What I have learned? DO NOT BE AN EMOTIONAL TRASHCAN of your ex, work work work on yourself, and eventually you will find someone better, and if you ex reaches out, maybe you will find out you do not want your ex anymore. People do not change, is not that simple, people just become a better version of themselves.

People have patterns. If they screwed you over, they screwed over 10 people before you the exact same way. Their emotions change though, if someone said they want nothing to do with you, chances are they won't feel that way in 3 months if you shared a good bond. If they truly never cared for you or were using you then it's likely there were not real feelings to rekindle anyway. Some people just go around using people, don't get that confused with someone who really cares.

When Margret mentions how if a parent left and never came back it makes it harder to hope things will ever turn around it's so true, I felt so cynical until hearing it articulated like that 🙌
Two months after my breakup, NC worked and my ex called me. I wasn't able to answer. Then 3 months after that, he called again and I reached back through text. Sadly he didn't take that opportunity to keep communication going, maybe he's not ready or maybe he never will contact me again. But I'm adding this comment to shine some light on some people who are still in dispair. Your ex will eventually reach out. Will you get back together? There's no way to know. But thank you Craig and Margaret for all your advice.
True honestly, I ended on worst terms imaginable, bumped into her while she was working yesterday was lighthearted and later that day she hit me with an indirect/direct that spilled into today.
My ex said I had to move on, thinking of him and messaging all the time will not help me to move on. So I stopped right away doing it, I felt ashamed. But after 2 weeks he started asking me how things going and hey you, asking different stuff and trying to recalled our past memories. I'm still so hurt after 4 months but trying my best for myself, hitting the gym all the time and concentrating on my work and listening to coach Craig videos every day. Telling me he will come visit here and asking if i can help him to join the gym. Thanks a lot Craig you made me feel so much better now ❤
This stuff worked! My girlfriend ghosted me. I did no contact and more importantly did not beg or use logic when she said she wanted to be friends. 20 days later no contact she sends a text saying “I hope you are well.” I replied “I am. Thank you. How about grabbing a bite to eat?” She replied “Sure. This weekend?” I then gave her a time and place and she said “sounds good.” If she would have said that time would not work and did not give me an alternate time/date I would have said “Ok, well give me a call when you can.” Date is this Saturday.

I am going through a breakup at the moment and have been up and down! This is giving me so much hope and inspiration. Been working on myself for over 6 weeks now and needless to say, if I were to choose to be broken up with again, I would. My ex threatened to call the police on me when we broke up. Five months of NC and he reached out to me! Not only did he reach out, he started stalking me. We never got back together though and he finally stopped driving by my house and accidentally running into me. I wouldn't call that a turnaround but his feelings changed drastically from avoidance to high interest, so feelings change all the time but it takes time and patience.
@@plusultra5735 Depends on the person. I didn't think I'd ever hear from him. However, all I wanted to do was talk and he stonewalled me, I escalated the discussion by accusing him of cheating, was swearing and yelling a lot, texting way too much and starting arguments to get a reaction -- this was in about a 24 hour period. He really overracted by threatening me with law enforcement. He didn't have anything, they would have told him to stop wasting their time. At that point I went no contact. I got drunk once and texted some stuff a few weeks after the incident but luckily my phone number was blocked.

Feelings are only temporary. My ex said we're done. We're separate. Five months later she came back. We've been on dates, texts me everyday, the whole Shabang! I followed coach Kenneth's advice by watching his videos. Worked on myself. Improved my finance, education, and a new outlook on life. We're not 100% but better. And this is our second breakup 😆😆😆

Ah this is so brilliant! I believe that feelings DO CHANGE. There are some feelings that are “phases“, especially the ones that change in weeks or months. These feelings are tricky because they can be impulsive with the trigger of a very significant moment or major event in one’s life. Therefore the result of this change may be drastic but is not deep enough. I believe feelings truly EVOLVE over time especially with years, especially when apart. These types of evolved feelings can trigger an incredible growth and a renewed perception/vision etc.
My ex broke up with me one day out of the blue. Year together. She said the week before how good we were getting along. I helped her with her sons birthday party as much as I could. Set it up got pizzas for everyone. I even painted a picture of her sons favorite stuffed animal which he and everyone else absolutely loved. Then few days later she was getting her hair done and asked me if I could get the kids off the bus because she couldn’t make it. So I left work early because I was about 30 minutes away and got the kids off the bus. I wanted to be the best man I could be. The next day she said she couldn’t e my girlfriend anymore. I’m a recovering alcoholic of 6 years bought a house and have my head on straight. Been in no contact for 6 months. Just found out she moved away with her toxic ex husband who she divorced a year ago and would always complain about. I’m absolutely blown away. Disgusted is much better way to put it. I think I need a coaching with you.

I’m 2.5 weeks into a break up and the pain is immense . . . Starting to work on myself and seeing a therapist for the first time this week to see why I shut down during tough times and when I say tough I don’t mean anything that couldn’t be worked out via a convo (there was no infidelity or anything even close to that, 98% of our relationship was amazing and 2% was “eh”) but I shut down easily and it was a red flag to her that if I shut down during a point that isn’t that bad, what would happen with bigger issues in the future? I can see where she was coming from. I’m going to do everything I can to be the man that she fell in love with and bring out the potential man that she saw in me. This isn’t the end for her and I. We were brought together for a reason and I know it was to be together forever.

What about if the split was a mutual decision and then you realise that you have made a mistake 3 months after splitting? You have seen many of the areas where you was going wrong and you also learn that your ex has an Avoidant Attachment and it explains many many things to you and you also see where you were making them worse by your own behaviours....... What does one do in this situation 🤷🏼♂️ all these videos are about couples where one has been dumped by the other
I’m sorry to say I am 100% sure I fall under the never hear from them again camp. Her anger towards my stupid actions where to much, she had given me to many chances and had every right to dump my ass and I truly don’t blame her if her life is just 100% better without me. I lied to much and she deserves better. I will spend the rest of my days trying to make amends to myself for loosing her by my own actions. She won’t reach out and I am trying to accept this every day but it’s so hard to live life minus her enhancing my days. It’s just hollow and empty now. 5 months NC, therapy, work books, new everything and Nothing is helping at all. Everyday is a fresh hell of my own making.
What if during the breakup they said they don't see a future and they are never going to marry you. (This after getting back together). Then 7 months after breakup they say they want nothing to do with you and end up blocking you? And yes, my anxiety got the better of me and I kept texting after they said give it up, I didn't and that's why I was blocked. I can understand that person's pain with a breakup. My girlfriend and I were long distance, and day after my dad's 13 year anniversary on the 16th december she wanted a break.. My emotions were very high before she even told me that, and it felt like a kick in the guts for getting me while I was already down. emotionally.

Im waiting 3-4 weeks then its time to move on. I put in so much effort with my gf and 2 children. She became very distant and acting strange leading up to the breakup which got my anxiety sky high. I acted like a dick. She used it against me. After a year she has ended it saying she doesnt want to lead me on. Im not a bad guy. She is an avoidant attachment style and i have become anxious through her actions. But am fine now she has left. I am gutted things have turned out this was as i loved her and the kids but feel i was getting taken gor granted. Time to go NC.
I know feelings change and I believe you and in that. I should just wait until she reaches out Christmas time or our anniversary and not to send any apology/accountability texts, which I did and I shouldn’t have, but a weight felt it got lifted off my shoulders. I was in and out of no contact for awhile, made every mistake possible!! Guess what, we spoke yesterday, and today.... I asked her out, and she said.... maybe someday.... but I’m doing what I need to, showing her that I don’t need her, I chose her! She was my everything!! Watch some of his videos on making them do the work to come to you, especially if they broke up with you. Like the first 3 times they have to ask you out and you make zero effort, this makes them value what they work for.
Andromeda, I watched pretty much all his videos, I went back into no contact yet again, she’ll contact me like she always does, in about 3-4 days, and then it’ll start all over again, she stalks my FB page everyday, and this past Sunday she told me “someday maybe” we can get together.... I’m still doing me, I was desperate before, now I’m kinda like... eh, she’ll come around and when she does, it It might be too late..... I love her deeply, but I don’t need her, I chose her.... she’s either in, or she’s out....
I heard from her 2yrs after the divorce, one month prior to her announcing her relationship with a guy she was going out 6 months after she ended our marriage...she reached out a couple of times after as well, I don't know what to make of it anymore..
Day 13 and it really hurts. Almost today I was so close to break no contact. Day 12 (yesterday)I was feeling " omg I am ok, I am not upset and tomorrow I will be better" wow I can't believe how I can be worse than yesterday. I thought I will get better day by day.

It’s been 7 months and mine just came back around. He’s not saying he wants to get back together the way we were. He seems to be suggesting casual dating. It’s hard but I’m trying to sit back and be patient and see what he does.
My ex broke up with me like 5 times, every single one he said he was donde with me but he eventually came back, but... he broke up with me once again, 2 months ago, should i expect he will come back this time? probably he wont come back again, i did my best to make it work, but he wasnt there. Even if you work on yourself and the other person doesnt, it wont work if they come back, this time the NC is harder but i will stay away from him, to heal, i should kill hope as soon as possible.
My ex used to do that all the time. In hindsight it's a control tactic until one day (months later) you don't reach out to coddle them, and their stubborness won't allow them to come forward and apologize. Their loss if they can't handle a relationship, they don't deserve one.
I think you should also check out Adrienne Everheart's channel. She gives great advice and guidance with being a feminine woman and how we are better off embracing femininity by having high standards and making the men chase after you. You deserve a man who wont play with your heart and play games. There is a man out there with everything you want, keep your standards high. You deserve a good man

I would imagine he will return again or try to get you to respond in some fashion. Something that helped me to cope with this kind of treatment was looking up videos on Narcissists. The channel Inner Integration is pretty good as far as going into that personality type more. It’s pretty manipulative no matter how conscious the other person is of how they do it or not. At first I was sad and pissed off at my ex for seeming to always sabotage things whenever they were going well, but- now I just feel kind of bad for her that intimacy and closeness freaks her out that much. Oh well.
Oh of course exes reach out, recently one of my exes all of a sudden asked me if I could change my schedule so I could study with her, anyways great video as always, since I've found you guys, the nonsense "advices" are gone 😆🔥👌

@eye behiding Definitely focus on yourself, that's the key. It's actually ok to be alone for awhile. Try not to use dating as an excuse to move on because getting into a relationship too quick like that is not good. There's a power in knowing you don't need someone to complete you. Take it easy and love yourself first before you can seek out a commitment.
Ik she will never come back and idk even want her in my life... But it hurts that someone can change in a really short span of time.... I never expected this from her it's kind of shocking for me but i believe in karma One day she will also go through the same pain...
I hooooooooooope mine isn't stubborn enough to not come back because his ego is ginormous.!!! He was one to say a lot of horrible things to me about not coming back and ghosting me.
I don’t think I’m ever gonna hear form my ex. I knew it from the beginning and lost all hope long time ago. And I’m saying it not because I’m bitter or still feel bad. No, it’s because I was listening carefully what he was saying about his exs. He has never contacted any of them. He wanted and always regretted but never could bring himself to contact them. Oh well:) too bad for him.
My ex broke up with me the last week of April of this year. Wanting a break and space. During those next two weeks we saw each other probably once or twice. I never contacted her first. She was the one to contact me. She then went cold. Two weeks later she hits me up asking if I wanted to get something to eat with her. I agreed to it. I feel that we both had a good time during the hours we spent together. She would kinda bring up some old memories. And we laughed. I was cool, calm, and collected the whole time I was with her. At the end when I dropped her off she said she had a great time and that she would hit me up again. I told her to text me when she had got home safe. She did. I then said “Hey if you ever want to hang out again we can chill” maybe I messed up by saying that to her?? It’s been two weeks since I’ve heard from her.

Reading the comments I feel like I'm in "good" situation here. My BU was 5 months ago and I'm blocked now on whatsapp only (second time) but before that she was initiating contact via indirect messages to the point where she said "lets meet and see if we enjoy spending time together". We've actually never met after the BU but compared to others here I feel that I got chances.

My ex and I were very happy, we were head over heels for each other. After a span of three weeks, he got moody and stressed because he was overwhelmed with school and other things going on in his life. It looked like he was having a mini life crisis type of situation. He told me he no longer loved me and couldn't handle our relationship anymore. Do you think its possible to just fall out of love like that in just a couple weeks? Or do you think that he lied to hide how he really felt because he didn't want to look weak and emotional? Is there hope that once his life calms down that he'll realize that it was a rough time and he made that choice rashly, and he'll realize how much he really cares for me?

I told to her if you are mad angry at me dont decide to break up with me and like you said coach what she said to me...i walk away ignore her and go to no contact when i post in facebook she call and message me so many times and what she wanted to leave her alone i respect what she want to...i want a longterm relationship if she still rude and mean to me its better to find someone new rather than to treat her like a queen but she treat me like a weak walk away but if she will change sincere to me iam just only human to give another chance

What if everything seems fine and then one day he suddenly broke up with you . You ask why and beg them to work it out for the sake of your child . And then the only thing he said to you is that "he no longer loves you". Then later that very day you found out that he has a new girl . He denied it and said its not true . Then the next day my sister saw him with the girl .. Our situation before is like we have a 3 yr old child . But we are not living together . I am the only one taking care of our child 24/7 that i no longer have time for myself. And that ever since i had a baby all my time and attention is focus on the child. My ex bf is a busy guy .that is why i did not expect him doing this to me. Whenever he had a time he visit me and our daughter and we go out . But when he does not visit All i ever thought is that he is just busy that is why he does not have enough time for us... he still visit us before but not after he already broke up with me. Aftr dumping me days passed but he is not talking to me or to even call ..He only reach out only to talk to our daughter .he is ignoring me .he does not talk to me . Why is that ? It ia confusing me .we nevee had a fight . Although we did had a fight before aftr i gave birth to our child . Its been two years .that is why i am confuse. Is there still a posibility that he will find a way to reach out to me and fix everything for our child ?

Your mistake is blurting out your feelings of you still loving him. Just go back into no contact, and if he reaches out, keep it light and simple, sweet and short. Try to arrange to meet, or go out and just be fun and flirty. Make him remember why he loved you! Do not give anything away in terms of how u feel! Coz maybe he just called to make sure you're not over him, and then he got his satisfaction and ghosted you again
I need help. I tried to text my ex on Instagram-since he unfriended me on Facebook, so I cannot message him on Messenger-and he said this to me: I wish for it to be burried.
