gratitude comes from being present. not a lot of people are present today to experience gratitude. our minds are distracted by our phones, social media, and even our thoughts can be a distraction itself. it takes practice to be present since we are so conditioned to all these distractions that it feels "normal". thanks for sharing Dr. John! as a long-term fan of u and Jbro, i love the thought-provoking questions you ask between Jason and your guests. i can tell that you are an introspective individual, a quality that resonates with me :)

Hi Dr.John . I'm gonna have my interview for a degree in dental surgery in 2 days . There is a section where i need to act like a dentist with a patient who is having toothache. Do you have any ideas how can i approach the patient. Should i examine the patient and come up with a condition like cavities and giving solution for it? I'm clueless.
