Started By Gaurav Taneja. Gaurav is a International Certified Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer and a National level professional Bodybuilder. He has written many articles/blogs over a period of time which has been appreciated for its content and TRUTH.
Gaurav is a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur. Graduated in 2008, he has been closely involved with Health and Fitness since 2002.
Gaurav is also a Professional Pilot. He is a Captain with one of the major airlines in India.

Summary:- 1.Calves, always train towards end of the workout. 2.Work your abs before back and leg workout, gives more core stability. 3.Don't train triceps before training shoulder and chest. 4.Don't train biceps before back muscles. 5.Perform rowing exercises before pull exercises while training back in order to fatigue your back before biceps and feel that pump in back. 6.Perform traps towards end of the workout. 7.Perform deadlift after rowing movements as your lower back and posterior chain muscle gets fatigued during deadlift and you may not able to perform at rowing exercisea at max. 8.Don't train hamstring and back on the same day.

I always do my Dead Lifts as the 1st exercise simply because I want Compound Movements to be my priority. I can manage a little lower weights in rowing exercises - i make up for it as warm up exercises before the Biceps day.

Correct. If Deads and Rows are to be done in the same day, better to do Rows before and light. I however do Barbell Rows on Bench days after the Bench.

Recently I trained my biseps before back. after that, When I started training back, my arms were engaging too much and eventually they fatigue, before completion of workout. I did ain't know the reason but thanks to you sir.

Deadlift is a hard exercise it should b always done first other wise u cannot put the same intensity..it's a very demanding exercise always do it first.

Actually there is a criteria to choose exercises: First Power lifts or Unsupported compound Then supported compound Then isolation One should never do isolation (single joint movements and single muscle group) before the compound movements ( more than one joints and more than one muscle groups). Basically we do 2 movements Pull or push which involves flexion or extension. -Pull involves our back and biceps -Push involves our chest > shoulder> triceps (And of course LEGS) So in every compound movements there is some assisting muscles. I like the content of your videos. Better (I would actually say best) than most Indian RU-vidrs who just talk shit. Keep Rocking Faisal

I always use ETT (Eliminate the Thumb) grip in all my back exercises except the free weight rowing exercises and I have noticed that my biceps and forearms don't get involved at all. ETT in simpler words is called as Thumb less grip...
