The best description I’ve ever heard for the Skaven is this: “Imagine Starcream from Transformers. Now imagine a whole race of Starscreams.”

Fun Fact: the first time I heard about 40k Ratlings, I thought they looked like Skaven.

Skaven are my favorite faction, and I love the man without a functioning pancreas.

One of the comments describes about how they played against skaven and saw one of their artillery units misfiring and shooting right down their own frontline

Skaven are probably more like if Cawl and Fabius Bile got REALLY HIGH with their Ork counterpart Painboss and tried to gene-splice Drukhari and Squigs with defective Grots.

I think this sums up how disposable the Skaven are and how little they care for each other. Skaven advisor: Every time you press this button, it fires a doom rocket but- Ikit Claw: *starts mashing button with fist* Skaven advisor: -you might hit your own troops. I'd like to recommend "Breaking the geneva convention in total warhammer 3" by The Grim Kleaper. Its humorous and features skaven as the protagonist. Not much lore stuff but I feel you'd enjoy it.

3:32 as much as we meme on it being a skaven, it's actually a huge Halloween prop that was found during some cleaning process in the sewers. It's also funny that someone claimed the ownership of it and now has a bear-sized stuffed rat in his house.

Also my headcanon is that the Great Horned Rat is actually the dark reflection of the Emperor created when the Emperor began a exercise in futility by denying his destiny of eventual Warp Deityhood. The Great Horned Rat created the Skaven as a dark yet refined reflection of Humanity.

If skaven R34 disgusts you (as it should) just remember that some people make necromorph R34 which I'd say is way worse
