Thank you for this! You posted this a year ago, but I'm starting this daily "challenge" today and boy am I starting at ground ZERO! This is doable for someone with NO fitness level or cardio. I couldn't do every move with every part of my body all at once, but my goal is to be able to keep up with the whole video!
I started few months back, I couldn't do 10mins, but then eventually managed to do the full videos, I felt so much better in myself, until I became physically unwell an stopped, but I am goin to restart again, goodbye to being able to complete the full video and hello again to only being able to do 10mins again 😂
Words can't describe how thankful I am to find this video! I was struggling to restart exercises since I got diagnosed with Graves Disease, I was unable to finish any workout, but this sorcery! Thank you so so much for this video. I’m on day 3 of this. I do 2 day work out with 1 day rest in between. On top of this, I run a very short lap at night for those 2 workout days. I have been struggling to lose weight for the longest time and on top of changing my diet, my friends have noticed a small change in my physique and that keeps me going. Try going at half speed to start and focusing solely on matching the beat There's some kind of spooky music magic that kicks in where you get a giant stamina boost when you sync up your body to the music Once you can do half speed no sweat, you should be able to easily double time it 🤟
I just did this exercise right now, I was so happy because I did it full of enjoyment and fun, it was very relaxing that Im considering you to do this kind of exercise at first your back will going to hurt but not that hurt so bad , and Im sure when you continue this exercise the hurt from your back will goin to disappear, Im just hoping that this exercise might gonna fit me😂😅😊 God bless you all❤❤
If my goal is to lose weight healthly. Will following one of your aerobics dance workouts daily by itself be enough? Or should I combine it with another kind of workout (like strength or balance workouts). Thank you
hii! im not a professional but i have learned that doing calorie deficits and doing these dance workouts really helps! i recommend not eating under 1500 calories a day and maybe watch this video and you could do another one if you would like! i think also putting a goal for how many hours you want to workout a week helps! (:

For someone starting with low fitness and coordination it is. Too many videos say "easy" but do not reach the audience that need truly easy. The motions absolutely have been used in dance, just not repetitive in this way. It's like level 0, if you are too fit and coordinated and experienced for this to be useful, then FANTASTIC.
