I just crumble under the anxiety and pressure I put on myself. This then slows down my ability to achieve my goals....

Something I find really useful to liberate yourself from pressure is once you know where the expectations you have for yourself come from is to ask if they are truly yours. But most importantly, to ask if you really want to live by them or live a life that you truly want.

Im a somewhat perfectionist and want it done but without any compliments or little of it as if i have not done anuthing i feel frusytated and it builds up not knowing it would cause anxiety/dep
