Buy the Viper! It's more special and more brutal and way more fun to drive! The Corvette though can be used as a daily driver and you can even run errands in it. The Viper however you will have to worry about jealous haters vandalizing it (sad to say happened to mine).
Definitely not muscle cars. Can't stand when ppl miss label them. Muscle car is an average car made to go as fast as possible in a straight line. These are track cars, NOT MUSCLE CARS 🤬
My dream car has always been a viper. But ive owned a C6 corvette and i honestly love the car. So fast and it turns so much heads. Id have to choose the viper but not shaming the Corvette. I love mine with a passion
Both are pretty cheap to work on lol, both are American made and parts can be easily obtained at auto zone, just order your parts, both cars are about the same in price for motor parts
Look who's talking mess, be quiet dude the dodge viper and corvette are both expensive so they both are special cars so try and say to a corvette owner I dare you, say something
i owned a gen1 viper, you left out finding parts, cost of parts, like a complete head light replacement is 3,500.00 used if you can find one and shops do not want to work on them. so yeah, viper is the coolest car but the biggest headache and costly to maintain, the corvette is just the opposite and is still a good performer, pick your poison.
I own both and appreciate each with respect to their strengths & weaknesses. Although completely different animals you will understand what I mean after spending a day in either one.
Every viper had a comparable corvette that could outperform it. Corvettes were always easier to live with as well. The gen V viper could not outperform a C6 Zr1 for less money. Don’t even get started with the C7 Zr1… the Zr1s were the top dog corvettes that could take the vipers down. Would rather own any of those. Not to mention the C6 Z06 was able to outperform the Gen iii viper as well.
Good video but please sir close that Dodge viper Hood properly next time grab it in the middle instead of the side it is a very heavy Hood back when you made this video it was a great time to jump on the viper train they're starting to go up in value now. One of Gen x favorite cars.

Did not look like full leather seats to me. Looks like the back is not leather. Don’t want to nit pick but you said full leather seats. I would have let it slide if you just said leather seats. But you threw the “full” in there when you didn’t need to unless you really wanted to prove your point. Well it back fired my friend I caught the mistake. I’ll take my prize and be on my way.
This version of the Viper is a Gen II (1996-2002) and it made 450hp not 415hp as stated in the video. I would also like to add that in my opinion the Viper is more of an exotic supercar and not a muscle/sports car like the Corvette. Also the Vipers were hand built by craftsman and not mass produced like the Corvette. There have been some years where they produced more Corvettes in that one year than they have ever built Vipers. Viper prices are skyrocketing, especially the Blue and white Viper GTS. One recently sold at auction for $135,000 and they keep climbing. I would have the Viper any day of the week over a common Corvette. In my opinion they are in completely different classes.
Viper is a supercar yes. But I don't understand how ppl can call a Corvette a fuckin muscle car, handles way too good to be a muscle car. It's an insult
