After a breakup in January I’ve been leveling up SEVERELY. I took that anger and put it into myself and literally became so beautiful and well put together. Everyone has noticed. My cousin asked how I’m glowing up and it’s because I used this to fuel me- I could never have people who did me wrong look at me and laugh because I’m not doing better than them. I LOVE how much better off I am now than everyone and you guys should do it too. I haven’t had a negative thought about my self image since then.

My ex boyfriend broke up with me about 3 weeks ago. We agreed to remain friends, but he hasn’t contacted me in over a week. During the short period of time that we were still communicating after the break up, I would double text , constantly FaceTime, and call him. I was not over the relationship. Now I’ve finally accepted that he does NOT want me. I blocked him, his family members, his friends, and the whores he cheated on me with on social media. I also deleted all of the pictures I had of him and blocked his number. We were together for 3 years. We are both 21. It has been really hard, but watching your videos has helped me tremendously. I have no interest in looking back. I’m just happy that I’m learning now rather than later. I learned a lot from the relationship. I will never put myself last again.

Whenever I blocked him in the past he would still find a way to contact me, but I don’t think he will this time. If he does it is going to take a lot of strength not to respond. The last time I blocked him he had one of his friends message me on Instagram. He is also familiar with texting apps. Honestly, I don’t think he gives a flying f*ck about me so I don’t think he will reach out this time.

That's so true! At a former job someone commented on another co-worker's brand new car. I said for all you know she could be up to her eyeballs in debt, but wants to show off. Apparently she works 2 full time jobs as a health care aide, one in nursing home (the worst job ever), another in a hospital. To pay for her and her stay at home husband's annual vacation. If you ever met her psychopathic bully self, you wouldn't feel anything for her.

Lol I started working in a 24hr spa while I was with my ex-sugar, and then created my own massage business with money I saved. Prior to that, he was spending $2k twice a week on escorts, while I was at work (I was an accountant for an investment firm, trying to prove to a 58 year old that I was worth marriage by pulling my own weight). Meanwhile, he became stingy with my allowance and I would have to threaten to leave him in order to get valuable items (I.e: my MacBook, down payment for my Range Rover in my name, etc). When I confronted him about the escorts & his bank account (I was also his accountant so his dumbass would show me the full printouts of his spending) he told me I was disposable. After my business took off 2 years later, he asked me for $10,000 to cover the “free rent” I accrued while living with him.... I moved out of his house 4 days later into a penthouse in West Hollywood & never looked back. Business has been a success ever since.

The empowering thing about leveling up for you is that while you’re taking time to go to the gym, do your makeup, style your hair, clean your room, meditate, etc. is that by doing so, it’s an act of devotion to one’s self, you are taking time to honor YOURSELF and do things that may be sacrificial or difficult for the betterment of YOUR future. Since I don’t have anywhere else to share this, I’m sharing this here! When I started wearing makeup every day, i got a little more attention but it didn’t last. My issue was really my hair, it can get frizzy and gross in this foggy place I live and no amount of makeup can distract from frizzy hair 😝. But today I straightened my hair with a really expensive flat iron and holy moly! I looked like a fricken celebrity! I work with the public and I had people staring at me with their mouth open when I walked through the door 💁🏻‍♀️ there were kids running into their moms cus they were staring at me instead of looking where they were going. Members of the public were involving me in their conversations when I usually fly under the radar. I had coworkers staring at me speechless, a few females giving me the stink eye, people were way nicer to me, i was being watched from across the room, I even made some people nervous! These reactions were unexpected but damn did it feel good! No turning back now! 💄 💃🏽

I think that's my mistake. Investing in everyone else (time, resources) aside from myself -- hoping that if I invest in them, they'll return the investment in me

I have friends who can't help but use their masculine energy with men and CHASE them! I try to be honest with them, use common sense but they won't listen. Their man is the prize and they're happy about that.

Hi SheRa! I started watching your channel because of a guy but I also am able to apply it with issues with a family member who by the way has one of children …so that affected me more than a guy . Point is that I’m so thankful for all of your advice. I find myself becoming less angry and sad as the days go by. I have to listen to you everyday cuz some days are worse than others but you have no idea how grateful I am to have found you . Thank you so much for putting yourself out there for all of us women who are struggling to find a way to better ourselves in life not just with a “man”. Make sure he has money that he spends and gives to you on a regular basis. Then use that money to improve your looks, lifestyle and culture yourself. That way, even if he turns out to be a jerk, you benefited. Always be ready to move on to the next! Plus, you're young!! You could be jetsetting, keep your body tight! Improve your makeup, hair, clothes and walk. What I would do at 24 if I could?!😹
