I don’t think it’s much to do with fault. Most stuff is not worth getting angry or upset about. It’s normal to have feelings about something. It’s smart to process and handle emotions constructively.

I think for me, I feel soooo unworthy of being cared for and given provision because my parents treated me like a glorified pet that wasn’t supposed to have any REAL needs. They had me hustling for cash as early as 6 and yes, while this did teach me work ethic I also learned that nothing would be given to me unless I either kissed ass until the cows came home OR learn to wait for either Christmas or a Bday! Thrift stores for clothing in a upper middle class community and my parents made damn good money!!! Once I was able to start working...I dumped school and used my dollars from a severe place of deprivation and tries to fill the hole with clothing and shoes, makeup to get my self esteem from my external looks this childhood stuff effects you for life! People underestimate the damage and impact it has on ones psyche and mental health.

I attended a great seminar about de-escalating volatile interactions with angry/dissatisfied customers/clients. Basically, our first IMPULSE is to counter-attack when we are attacked. It’s a defense mechanism. If you can take a few deep breaths the impulse dies down, your judgment clears, and you can focus on actual problem solving (determining the actual complaint/s and resolving). A LOT of emotionally chaotic people COUNT ON the human instinct to defend or counter-attack to “feed” their ego, increase the chaos, etc. If you can master your defensive impulses, retain your calm, you control the situation. By keeping control, you can then address and resolve the problem/s and move on without the icky “energy drain” these situations cause. Personal situations are more complicated. The “energy sucker” wants a “feed.” There’s only so much grey rock you can give. IME, most “energy vampires” retreat voluntarily once they recognize that you won’t feed them.
My "aha" moment came when I first started following Shera and she said , "You have to stop caring." Mind blown. I am there. I really don't care and I'm a virgo, lol. People literally become unhinged when you don't care and don't react to their bs. I am winning and have peace of mind.

I keep testing Shera's theories out, and guess what? They ALL pan out EXACTLY as expected. I'm gonna write a book soon, so I am in the process of compiling first hand, second hand, 10th hand experiences of the true nature of men and the dynamics of getting what you want knowing this. I already have a kid, a rotation of sponsors and 2 businesses I am running, so I'm not 'pressured' to beat the biological clock and 'settle' down. My goal is to hit the BIG bag. I have always dated men older than me (biggest gap was 30 years, too bad I had to relocate back then for health reasons). Lately though, I have been entertaining dates with 'younger' successful men (35-45yrs). Younger successful men are still operating on a 'modern society/feminist/brainwashed trend... and will be until their new found success becomes second nature, they start to age and lose their good looks or hit midlife crisis. This is a FACT for the VAST MAJORITY of men. They will take you out but be less willing to part with REAL money because they think they are the prize and could frankly get laid with not much effort at this stage, no matter how good you look. I still manage to get money from them by acting like a total princess, faking being 'offended' when they try to deflect your hints and getting up and leaving in the middle of a date if they start acting up. All this is done with the 'babiest' voice I can muster, lots of (fake) eyelash flutters and graceful, fluid movement. They LOVE IT and SUBMIT to this. It works like MAGIC and resets their brain to 'acting right'. THAT'S THE ELUSIVE CHALLENGE MEN CRAVE and they always mention this.(You are such a princess, you love yourself way too much, are you always this high maintenance, so you like getting your way,huh?, You are so 'Refreshing' aka EXPENSIVE😂😂😂). Young men are too much unnecessary WORK and mental stress. Act dumb, when they question you, DEFLECT, when they cross lines act 'hurt' and fake cry (never combat)... I'm done with that phase and putting it in writing, now I am targeting successful widowers/ divorcees 40 years OLDER than me.🤑 Sharkeesha can have the 'youngsters', I'm DONE with them, and YOU should be too ♻💅🕉

So many physically levelled up women with low self esteem who crumble and become a 'cute pickme' from the slightest provocation from men, thereby re-enforcing their dusty theory of 'I can have any 'dime' for free'. You can go to a beauty clinic and get totally made over in 3 hours. The real level up is getting your MIND right and that is the GREAT work that eludes MANY women. Ladies, the only way OUT, is THROUGH. You need to engage in 'mind gymnastics' every single day to achieve your goal, wish there was a pill you could take to do that for you, but there isn't. I believe this information on reacting is very important, it’s really important to just observe, in general in life, being observant helps. It’s the most important lesson my aunt taught me, raising me after my mom passed. Only now later in life do I understand the importance.
