Doom Eternal The Ancient Gods All Cutscenes with Doom Guys Face Revealed Movie (Helmetless Doom Slayer) Huge thanks to Proteh for this amazing mod, check out his channel here: / @proteh
Lorewise it should be the same guy. There are a bit back and forths between if it is an alternate universe, but his lore fits that of Doom 1, 2 and 64. Doom 3 is the one that seems alternate to me, but if not alternate universe then he is simply a regular human capable of doing what Doom Guy did as a pure human - which means he should be capable of the same feats with help. A whole lot of what makes Doom Slayer to who he is, is the human part where he has indomitable will. Doom Guy from Doom 3 seems to be the same. But I digress. You simply do not change the Daddy of all FPS. Blazkowicz is the grand daddy and he got to keep his appearance.
11:33-I love the detail that goes into the Slayer's expressions, especially at that moment. For at that moment, as he stares down at the emaciated form of the Seraphim, his rage and hatred are gone, replaced by reluctance and pity. Both as Samur Makyr and Samuel Hayden, he was, for all of his manipulations and ulterior motives, an ally, and maybe, just maybe, something of a friend. And I think we all know, whether through Hell's advance or through his own actions, the Doom Slayer has precious few of those left.
5:40 is, for me, one of the Slayer's most expressive moments and a beautifully intimate look into his "soul" that I keep coming back to again and again. Watching the tiny movements of his eyes and mouth as he hears and processes the Seraphim's words, I can see the gears turning in his head and can only imagine what he must be thinking as he walks off with that scowl. It's echoed at 7:51 with his pausing glance at Seraphim before picking up the Father's sphere that says "Now...remember that moment? I'm not buying this BS, I've got different plans."
Especially after all the times the Maykrs bossed him around during his Night Sentinel days only to betray him and his brothers. He really doesn't like being under someone's authority.
6'2 ft my ass. Hes at least 6'7 ft and they say that he weitghts only 200lbs. That might apply for the old slayer but this guy doesnt weight less than 300+ lbs
Actuality he is 183 cm tall and weighs between 80 to 90 kg. It shocked me, but that's the truth. But honestly... who cares? He defeated gargantuan, immortal, ancient, made of corrupted hell's energy titans with an incredible strength, anger and power with his bare hands and some of those were so big that they could reach the sky and they aren't even the strongest warriors of hell. He become stronger and faster for every enemy he defeats and he's been fighting hell since the beginning of the first age, since the creation of time. Who cares if he is not 3 meters tall and doesn't weighs 1 ton. He is a God and even when he was a human he was so strong that he was able to crush human skulls in pieces with olny one punch, he was stronger then any human could possibly be
The actor who plays General Zod in Man of steel would make the perfect doomslayer if he was ever incarnated to the big screen, they look almost exactly the same
Intern Guy: uhh... Where's your helmet- Doom: Helmet? *...Don't Need one for Extreme Hard Mode.* Intern Guy: ...We're ready for launch, DoomGuy. (Intern Guy is a *G.O.A.T.* Comferm)
He's still pretty much a vessel for the player. They're kinda playing both ends, just to try and market to everyone. Apparently some people aren't interested in taking an 'actor' role, but more of a 'director' role. But according to his creator, he is 'you,' the player. That, and you can see on the load screen every now and then they will still refer to you as the Slayer.
