In this video, after a long detour to clean and paint everything, the LS and 4L80E are back in the Coronet wagon! I cover the re-install, as well as some of the final assembly of other bits in the engine bay like the remote oil filter mount and the E85 Flex sensor.

What was that tool you used on the black line? I may need to snatch one up.

You can find them on eBay if you do a search for "ford rotunda fuel line tool". They come with a range of fittings so look at a few to make sure you're getting the complete set.

More expensive to buy, more expensive to mod, poor community tuning and modding support, physically larger, unproven transmission options for big power. Basically, I wanted to build a turbocharged EFI V8, backed by a strong factory automatic. I'm sure I could have done with a modern Hemi, but the LS platform is just more proven with better support for almost any combo you can dream up. The new Hemis are cool, and the support is growing, but it's still not apples to apples.
