Dry Potato Bhaji/Aloo Sabzi
Dry potato bhaji very simply but tasty, you can have this as side dish with your main meal or can simply eat this bhaji with Roti/Chapathi, puri or stuff in
Between bread slices & make a grilled sandwich delicious!!!
Ingredients
-4 medium size boiled potatoes cut into cubes
-1/2 boiled peas
-2 tbsp curd
-1 onion chopped
-1 tomato chopped
-salt to taste
-dash sugar
-1/2 tsp dry mango powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
-fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Green masala
-4 green chilies
-5 garlic finely chopped
-2” ginger
-Handful coriander leaves
-1 roasted coriander seeds
-1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
-1 tsp roasted fennel seeds
-1 tsp garam masala powder
-coarsely blend set aside
