Phil’s ability to invent bullshit excuses within milliseconds is genuinely a unique talent. It’s a shame it takes up most of his brain’s processing power.
Well he has memorized them at this point. Same old bullshit night after night. He doesnt even believe it. He thinks his dents to but nobody is this stupid.
Latency above 60ms = Bad connection, can't react due to said bad connection. Latency under 30ms = connection is too good so the game can't react to his inputs fast enough???? Phil is actually insane, how can one person blame literally every loss on something other than himself?
Flowchart offense = this guy sucks he just go pattern and got rewarded Wake up super/neutral jump = this guy sucks he just randomly press a button without thinking and got rewarded. Welcome to DSP gaming.
"He gets rewarded, i get punished because that's how rollback netcode works" He ALWAYS has to be the victim and its never his fault in any situation ever. Pathetically delusional.
I mean, reaching Masters multiple times proves he's good. Even did it with Lily, considered the worst character in the game. We can dunk on Pigroach and also ACKnowledge he's a good street fighter player 🙂
@@Pelaquas Getting Master rank in this game is insanely easy, it's designed so that everyone can get into it. He would not get into high rank in any fighting game with a real ranked system and we know that because we've seen him try multiple times. He also plays the least skill-based characters in the game. Honda and Blanka have the highest rates of people getting into master in proportion to their playerbase because you just roll the dice with them every match and can win unless the other player is really good. Then there's Lily which no one plays or understands so he gets wins just because he can do things that no one knows what to do against. Tier lists don't matter at all for this level of play, they're made for competitive play where people actually know what they are doing.
@@Pelaquas As Phillybutt loves to say without any hint of irony, it's easy for scrubs to grind their way to Master level rank with enough time and patience. When you're tossing a coin enough times, eventually it'll come up heads SOME of the time. He's not good at Street Fighter. He is pig-headed and insanely stubborn.
@@ickyfist I don't think Phil is truly awful, at least not at SF. Maybe not, like, "good" exactly, but he's certainly better than I am. Of course, Phil's also literally been playing Street Fighter longer than I've been alive, and his refusal to accept fault (or even, like, at least queue in training mode for fucks sake) for almost anything means he's pretty far from where his skill level could/should be. He does have things he's genuinely decent at, but he holds himself back by being so salty and absolutely refusing to adapt or to grow as a player. On the plus side, watching these videos has encouraged me to try and be less salty myself, so I guess he's doing some good in the world lmao
Dude, he was saying that there is some magical specific OS that all the FGC pros secretly use that they don't tell the normal ppl about. He's gotten THAT delusional.
@@CamusSCAND theres a performance mode in game to reduce input lag, and correct me if im wrong, but if the D and R numbers at the top are 0 then that means theres almost 0 delay, right?
@@HELLRAISER02 The D refers to added delay frames as a result of the connection, which would be on top of whatever input delay each player's hardware has. The R is for rollback frames, which are more complex but are basically there to minimize the number of delay frames even in high-ping matches, because rollback netcode is sick as hell
I noticed that too 😂 saw the zoom in of the un pushed thumb, heard him mashing and was like “watch this idiot thumbs up the match” then he does it. Kind of sums up his gameplay in a nutshell
I'd like to think there's an international cabal of 'Don't Fees The Pig' SF players that coordinate meeting in Private Lobbies and say "Okay, you're not playing a match. You're gonna toy with him. Let him beat you one of three, but don't show any mercy after that... Let's make Philbert squeal" 😂 🤣
"Cause i have a 20 millisecond connection its to my disadvantage it absolutely is because it wont react fast enough. Im serious he'll do his pattern and his pattern will come out 100 percent and my reaction will not come out in a net code like that with roll back net code it's in his advantage to play his pattern and i will not get my reaction, thats how net code works" This is something phil actuality said
Literally a built in excuse regardless of the situation, bad latency, good latency, doesn't matter all that does matter is "THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, HE DID NOTHING WRONG, HE DID EVERYTHING CORRECT"
It's quite impressive that after 15 years of streaming, playing online for a bit longer than that, he still doesn't fucking understand how this works...
The funniest part to me is that there’s a number at the top that shows you exactly when rollback netcode kicks in. If it’s at 0, it’s not even operating.
For a guy playing SF for decades, he sure doesn't have the patience of a player playing that long. Most of his losses are just him being very impatient and forcing interactions. Like he doesn't have to force shit ALL the time. Its crazy!
Can't like this comment enough. At some point you have to allow your opponent to initiate the offense. He's so offensive and uses unsafe anti-air mechanisms. It's clear why he loses. What is unclear is how he got to Master to begin with.
@@PGO_Gaming Because SF6 is the easiest or say kindest to all player to reach Master rank. You can literally have equal amount of losses and wins and get to master.
The Rashid at the End was so skilled and he was too busy crying like a baby to see how thoroughly countered he was. DSP once again being free like Costco samples.
Funny thing is that every time rashid Jabbed, he was going for a grab. You can see counterhit every time Phil went for the same old tired setups, hop into grab trashball into grab drive rush grab. How can you be angry at your opponent using the best possible option to counter you and then call them trash.
@awellneededsmoke I know, it kills me when he complains abt jab. Jab is how you check against certain moves in the game. What are they supposed to do? Just let you hit them?
@@Awellneededsmoke "How can you be angry at your opponent using the best possible option to counter you and then call them trash." By being so deeply insecure that it's practically a mental illness. Every delusional rant is fueled by the Pig's desperate need to protect his feelings and self-worth.
@@thebigbient8736 Yeah, this is by far not the first time he has made the excuse of the Internet connection being somehow too good for him to play well.
Was there ever really any doubt. We all know the pigroach will change his story at the drop of a hat. As soon as he gets caught out he initiates the next cope on the list.
lol, i like how DipShytPhil called a programmer from capcom a dunce... the guy who has the easiest job in the world, playing games then posting it to youtube and still got bankrupt, calling a programmer a dunce! that programmer probably has more braincells in his left pinky than philbert's brain
That Rashid broke him. His predictable trick blanka pattern is so aeasily defeated by mashing jab, he doesn't do any frame traps on Oki to counter that, it is all on him.
Wait, we actually got a new excuse at the end. He actually said his opponent got rewarded for the game dropping his inputs. Yes, so not only is it a bad thing if the connection is TOO good, but it's also a good thing when the "game drops his opponent's moves".
Imagine every time his wife walks by that room and hears him losing his shit every time, that poor woman. He spends hours a day raging like that, I can’t imagine that rage not sleeping out into what little personal life he has. Like he’s in the shower alone and you just hear shit about patterns and how the game sucks, or he repeats the same rants in bed while his wife reads a book.
Maximilian is 40yrs old, Phil is 40yrs old, they both play Street fighter 6 the difference between the two is that one cry's about lag, pattern player's, moves not coming out and calls everyone a scrub that doesn't earn hits and rollback netcode, the other never complains about any of that. Phil just has to except he's trash at modern fighting game's and just go back to SF2 turbo.
He's not even that good at SF2 either. There's plenty of footage of him playing it now on various different ports out there. He makes all the same excuses. One can argue it's not the "authentic arcade experience" that he is used too, but that just proves he is incapable of adapting and will always be a loser.
Dave blaming the rollback netcode like it's some frigging time machine that just rewrites history. Hilarious!😂 I think the next stick he should buy is a predictor stick. He got violated so many times I fear he might be pregnant
He has personal vendetta against the guys who invented the rollback netcode, because they banned him from their forum after he broke rules acting like a homophobic, petulant child.
@@Abedeuss It's so wild, too, because he has to bend over backwards to act like rollback is anything other than the best thing to happen to online fighting games since, well, pretty much ever.
I just picture a guy coming home from work. Tired looking to unwind. Logging into street fighter 6 his favorite time waster. And absolutely bodying Phil the dude who does this as a "job"
Phil really is very impressive at this game. I have never seen a person constantly make excuses during an entire match without taking a breather. He has an answer for everything in every situation ever. Doesn't even have to worry about lag when it comes to excuses. Truley a master
@@YTcommenter712 We should all do what Phil does in video games. I've personally never lost a multiplayer match in any game online. I knew what I had to do, pushed the right buttons, but the game wouldn't let me win. Nothin I could do.
"Peepul don't realize that JP is fukin' broken dood" My guy, it's been what 5+ months now? Litterally everyone and their mama knows JP is good. What took you so long?
I don't like that type of gameplay, he kinda negates learning Sim because his keep away game is just so much better than sim. Even with his air fire ball.
@@ItsmeVel Angrybird does not play Marisa. Big Bird plays her. Angrybird plays Ken and a little Cammy. Kakeru lost to Angrybird in the finals, not top 5.
“You notice a pattern?! It’s Friday night! Do you notice a pattern?!” Phil the only pattern I’m noticing is you. You drop inputs regardless of latency, platform, controller, the fucking game or EVEN THE DAY OF THE WEEK.
How does he lose?? It's crazy! He can read minds, he knows if opponents mean to do things or simply get lucky. He knows all...except somehow, how to win. Being isolated really shatters a person's reality. I've never heard so much complaining about anything my entire life. He so much so can't ever just admit he lost, that he feels the need to complain/explain away every single second of every single fight to his Dents, as if they've never seen a video game before. You have to believe there weirdos KNOW he just gets his ass kicked all day every day...right? They can't be dumb enough to believe him, can they?
You do have to admit, Phil's dedication to the lie is impressive, he never breaks character, makes up new excuses on the fly and all while being 100% certain he is not the problem.
He's literally your average fighting game player Most fg players blame the game 'til they quit or plateau, very few are above average (i say this as someone who knows he's average at fg's but admits it's cause I'm old and slow and don't have hours a day to play)
@@happycat4838 Fair enough, I know nothing about the FGC apart from some surface level knowledge and their relationship with DSP. If they (or most/many) are a bunch of excuse making saddos then it's all the more an indictment against Phil, given that he's not even accepted by a community of like minded excuse pedadling, arrogant fools.
@@enigmaticheart666Dont lump us in with DSP, most of us actually enjoy the game and love the strategy. Its common to get salty but its not common to be a narcissist like DSP is.
I think he doesn't know what most terms he uses mean, he just hears other people use them and regurgitates them. We're talking about a 'man' whose inner monologue consists of nothing but "ME! REEEE!" on a continuous loop.
this 41 year old man nearly had a stroke because of "drahpped inpootz" in rollback nahtcode, what a pathetic existence, and it's funny how he didn't notice that he started winning way more after enabling crossplay again, i guess this proves he was wrong about PC players having unfair advantages, but how could he ever admit he was wrong, right?
I drop Reversals all the time with charge characters, I found out if you do your charge move with Parry and the heavy button, if you don't have enough charge you get wake-up parry which is better then just eating shit.
Dude beats his joystick on stream harder than he beat his meat. Fucking hilarious! 🤣🤣🤣 Also, Blanka has dolls for a reason. They help him control the neutral in areas where he can't. You put out a doll, watch to see how the opponent reacts to it, then capitalize on it. SF6 pro MenaRD used Blanka's dolls that way and won Capcom Cup. Blanka's all about passivity, not aggression.
Keep in mind he wants one of his followers to edit clips of him for his channel for free so he can attract new dents and whales. But then the question becomes "why would anyone support or stick around for someone so toxic?"
The internet is cheating! 13:33 you hear him mistime the super lmfao 15:25 I think the only lag that is happening is in Phil's brain, not the 18 -19 ms match 16:15 -Phil does wake up super 16:18 -Rashid does wake up super back. Phil: "SCRUB". That's some serious projection there 19:22 I think Phil forgets we can see the rollback and delay frames at the top of the screen
Big ups Adam Raxor for getting your daddy past the Tier 1 scam reward to get him to put his glasses on, so that he could see better how he was getting crushed.
and then it starts - "I put my grasses on, i did nothing wrong... It was lag, it was lag... This is just pattern plaaaay..." im sorry, i'll see myself out
I love the self own that he does on a regular basis. If everybody is a pattern player, how come genius DSP hasn't learned how to beat said pattern after 4 months?
Phil's 5 Boons .... 1. Mash Jabs (the most powerful move in the game) 2. Random moves (if you do something Phil is not ready for) 3. Pattern play (if u see a pattern....NM) 4. Lag (Phil's #1 killer) 5. Luck (EVERYBODY but Phil got a 5 leaf clover 🍀 up there ass) .........P.S. if I missed anything lemme know D elusional S loppy P layer
I love how much Phil beats the shit out of this stick and blames it for his missed inputs. I have the exact same stick (although I bought mine for almost half the price he did getting an open box one off eBay) and the thing is immaculate. If an input is dropped, it’s because I fucked up. The sheer number of excuses is amazing.
Anyone who has even a basic understanding of networking would realize that the net code must be platform agnostic for crossplay to even work. Even just a cursory search shows that sf6 locks your game to 60 fps online, regardless of console. Exceeding 60 fps on the game engine does absolutely nothing from a competitive standpoint.
I love how he claims that rollback netcode is better for "the player who sits still and then does one random move" against the guile. At the end against the juri he says rollback favours "players who do constant rush down"
Phil doesnt seem to understand the simple fact that action is ALLWAYS faster than reaction. Cause a human needs about 200 ms to react to anything, so you are allways at a 200 ms disadvantage.
His cope rants over rollback netcode are what get me. He was the man who used to say delay based netcode wasn't good (Which to be fair it wasn't) then when they bring out something better. He finds any excuse on how it's somehow worse, unless it's the perfect goldilocks zone. Where the lag isn't too high or little. Because it either is so laggy it makes it so his opponent can still play the game in said bad connection or the connection is so good the "mashing idiot" gets there moves registered more than him. Like you can't make this shit up but DSP DOES. Not to mention "People were sleeping on JP" the character who was the first character to be said to be number 1 in the game. A character who dominated early tournements and was like half top 20 players in the world in ranked during the first month. A character who only got worse because people found out about other characters. "PeoPLe rEAllY SlEPt on jP"?????
Did he really say in his match against the Jamie player at the 19 minute mark :"I have the disadvantage to have the better connection in this match"? The excuses he keeps inventing...
