During Sundance one year as support, but the dancers are not allowed water for 4 days, I had the honor to bathe,no soap of course, with beavers in a stream, ONENESS.... The last scene of being at Curry Village showers was hilarious. A bunch of rowdy young guys got to the showers at the same time we did. The shower was awesome, but the singing and shouting required some patience. They were just having fun, so it was easy to do 😇.
How I must take for granted at any time showering, having warm and dry socks/shoes, having food in the fridge, and not having to sleep on inclines. Impermanence can take these things away any time. Be safe, and continue to have a good time, Ajahn and Blake!
So, so beautiful. I feel like I was there. I used to go to Yosemite every year so this qualifies as going there. The waterfalls are unbelievable. Thank you for these videos.
Well done Ajahn and Blake! Great scenery. I just got back from the Canadian Rockies. The temps were much cooler around mid 70's (F) which I was quite happy about. Good luck! thank you for sharing.
Our next backpacking trip starts soon and it will be at high elevations. Our temperatures might be more in-line with the Canadian Rockies for this trip. 🤞🏼
