My guess for my nephew is 5lb 11oz, he lives in Penn, Bucks. Last time I was in the UK I was asked to take him fishing but we had no gear and alas this never happened. His sister has just bought a house with access to a short section of the River Wye in High Wycombe - I have no idea if it is fishable or not, but this chalk stream has always held chub, roach, trout, Goldfish :-) and others apart from when it got poisoned every few years. I don't think it gets contaminated any more so who knows how many good fish are in there, you could always see chub and the odd trout even in a concreted stretch in front of one of the local car dealerships when I was younger! So I would love to see what we can catch next time I'm over, post Corona I guess. Love your series since I found it down here in Australia, brings back loads of memories of fishing in cooler climbs. A great and generous idea to get new people into angling. I've only been fishing myself since October but it's a wonderfully absorbing pastime with so much new to learn. (I know I made a premature guess on your earlier video, but please don't enter me as I have the basic gear).

great selection of bits there. my youngest son is coming of fishing ages now so i'll have a go. its always hard to guess a weight from pictures and videos but i will say 4lb 15oz.
