Ingredients
GRITS
2 C. 5 Minute Grits
1 tbsp Granulated Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Cheese (your choice of type and amount)
3 C. Milk
3 C. Water (add an extra cup for thinner grits)
PROTIEN
12 - 16 oz. Andouille Sausage (You can sub spicy chicken or beef sausage and even plant-based meat)
1 lb. 13/15 Raw Shrimp Season Lightly (1 cup of All Purpose Flour and ¾ cups of Corn Starch for frying. Use leftovers for thickening the sauce.)
1 lb. 26/30 Raw Shrimp
SAUCE
4 C. Stock (Shrimp, Seafood, Fish, Chicken)
1 C. Heavy Cream
1 ea Bell Pepper (I used half red and half green)
½ Red Onion
2 ea. Celery Stalk
½ C. Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning NO SALT
