I didn't know there were people making yogurt this thick! in Turkey it's more watery. (like from the start) since yogurt water is filled with probiotics it's desirable and used as a side dish or added as a mix to have refreshing meals, this wouldn't be what we go for but this type's quite interesting and worth to try! Update: I asked my mother and she said actually my grandma was doing this type of yogurt too and she also saw from other families back in the day! They were also using this method and eating it with bread in breakfasts. She doesn’t make it because it doesn’t suit her taste but my grandma’s enjoyed it. In greece we too use to make it thinner in consistency almost cream like. But it differs from the kind of milk you use . Cow milk makes it more watery Goat milk makes it thicker And mixed milk makes it smth in between. Never the less the procedure also differs so it gives multiple results so it may be like that too sometimes ..

그릭요거트만들기 영상 이걸 처음으로 보고 잘 모르는 상태에서 잘밤에 시작했다가 따뜻한물 수시로 갈아주는거 땜에 새벽에 몇번이나 일어났다...물은 또 왜이리 빨리식는지ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 어영부영 아침 일찍 일어나서 봤는데 넘 찰랑찰랑하고 되직한 제형은 안되어있구.. 다른 영상보니까 좀 흔들어도 제형 그대로 유지할정도로 단단해야합니다..ㅋㅋㅋ밥솥으로 9시간해도 묽더라구요 면포에 붓기 전에 좀 오래 둬야함
