Ok this is an ugly meatloaf. Easy to make but just plain ugly as it lacks the color of the browned top and side when you bake it in the oven. But this dish is delicious. Meaty and juicy and goes so well with just salad. Since it is cooked in its own juice, it will never dry out. I was defintely surprised by how tasty this dish turned out. I ate it with some mini cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Add a little ketchup on top to enhance the flavor. I hope you will give this a try. Enjoy.

2 Tbsp - breadcrumps
1 Tbsp - milk
280g - ground meat
1/8 tsp - salt
1/8 tsp - pepper
1/8 tsp - garlic powder
1/8 tsp - onion powder
1 - egg
2 Tbsp - bbq sauce
1/3 cup - water (itaki)
