I’ve been here for a long time. Back when you had only lost 40 pounds and were taking clothes to donate. I would love to see a recap of the progression from 40lbs to 70lbs, how long that took and the tweaks you made over that time to get there.
Raw veggie sandwich, black bean loaded tacos, loaded no fat refried black bean tostadas, whole wheat pita bread veggie pizzas, veggie sushi rolls and black bean hotdog loaded with kraut, onions and any other healthy tasty toppings I want are my go to meals that helped me shed 25 lbs so far! Thanks to Kiki and other like minded you tubers for the inspiration and great meals from their what i eat in a day videos!! Thank you, thank you!! This really is a lifestyle not a diet. Soooo doable and easy because you get to eat ... living delicious comfort foods. Your body responds to it with more energy, better mood and feel stronger. I wish all of you who are trying to find your way to a healthier thriving body great success! You can do it!
I’m new to whole food plant based eating and have 100% commitment to it for a lifestyle of eating. Your videos are so easy to follow along and super helpful. AND you are a wonderful soul and your family is lucky to have you as their wife/mom!

Everything looks so good. I also use jarred salsa, canned beans, etc. I made my own salsa for years from my garden tomatoes, onions and peppers. Now at 70 I like easy.

Oil free corn tortillas, baked in the oven until crispy Pickle red onions (sliced RO, 1c water, 1c vinegar, pinch of salt boiled and poured over onions to steep) Add chickpea omelette for breakfast tostada (equal parts chickpea flour and water with spices to taste like garlic powder, onion powder, black salt) Top with oil free refried beans, sprinkle on omelette, slice of avocado, salsa, jalapeños, pickled onions, optional sauce such as cashew sour cream, hot sauce, or cheeze sauce, and cilantro

I started watching your videos because I liked your spirit and energy and the foods that you were preparing (and the same goes for your girl HighCarbHannah) but now I watch your channel and Instagram (and those of Hannah) because I like "spending time with you." You can scramble chickpea “eggs” it just takes a long time to cook. You have to patient but it absolutely can be scrambled. You way is great as well! 👍🏽
Thank you Kiki so much! Last week I made the lasagna, the enchiladas, BBQ’d lentils and of course the cheese sauce. This idea of tostadas is genius for a quick snack and part of a meal. Genius!💖👍

What am amazing meal!! Quick question, is there any baking powder in the chickpeas “eggs”. Mine came out chewy rather than fluffy. Tasted great, but chewy. 😊

I use black salt but I started worrying about it it affects the thyroid. My mom has Hashimoto's.. wonder what DRM thinks of black salt.. it's so good my kids love tofu egg salad with it
Is the corn tortilla for the tostada fat free? The ones I get have 3 grams of fat for 2 tostadas. Comes to 1.5 per tostada and all my toppings are fat free, not sure if I can still have them. I search everywhere but all the tortillas seem to have some fat in them; others have even more fat.
Just watched your video on how you lost weight n got your hair back. When u took the vitamins did you ever have any breakouts?Just curious.idky with certain supplements my skin will breakout....maybe because they're not real?n r 90%fillers??
