Here is a simple tip which needs to be heard by your gender. Just bloody stop it. That's it. I don't care how you feel just don't binge eat. You know this will harm you right, then why on earth are you even doing it. Stop living in the world of emotions and refrain from doing things by the way you feel. Your feelings have the least value

We mostly binge eat because we are using food as a state/mood changer. I personally have a history of binge eating to suppress or avoid unwanted emotions... I eat to make myself feel better. Then we want to lose weight or be healthier so we go on "a diet" which essentially means we take a way our method for dealing with negative emotions. Without establishing an alternative to dealing with our "negative" emotions, we inevitably fail on our "diet" and then we feel bad/guilty and eat even more, which makes us feel more bad/guilty. The cure is to 1) come up with some alternative ways to cope with uncomfortable emotions, and 2) control the mind and retrain it to love and desire healthy eating habits. And the most essential thing is to give grace to yourself .... be less strict and love yourself more. Change will not happen overnight so just keep taking baby steps forward and eventually you will have accomplished so much.
