This was so helpful - thank you! I had contacted Ecovacs who were going to repair under warranty, however I could see lots of fluff in the front wheel so thought it was worth a try and it has fixed the problem. I was worried I would damage the machine if I tried to remove it without using the right tool/the wrong way. So now I don't have to send it off!

hello teacher; but not on topic. I need your urgent information. I am writing to you from Turkey. I have a T9 Aivi robot and it keeps reporting Main Brush Failure every time. And for no reason, I couldn't find any. I took it to the masters who understand ecovacs in my country and they changed the main brush motor, but it still continues to give the Main Brush Failure error. Please, have you ever had a chronic malfunction in the robots you repaired? If you give me information, inform me that you should do the engine or chassis or any part of it as follows. I would be very grateful to you. My robot is only 6 months old please help

Hello sir, before watching this video i tried to remove hair from front with a small needle, but needle was by mistake fall in deebot😢. could you please help me how to remove it from deebot. Deebot was working after this also. But iam worrying.
